As the first school for children to receive education,the family plays an important role in the physical and mental health of children.The support given by the family is closely related to the level of children's school readiness,self-confidence and happiness.In today's fast-moving era,it is not enough for families to rely on the resources they have internally.They need more external support to help themselves.As a community-based educational activity and process to improve all members' quality of life and community development,Community education has unique value in improving the level of family support for pre-school children and giving parents more support and guidance which is able to.Make up for the lack of internal resources of the family from external forces.On the types of community education,there are community education centered on schools in the community,community education centered on community streets and neighborhood committees,community education with community education guidance centers as the carrier,and community education featuring family experience exchanges.In the vast rural areas of China,community education centered on kindergartens has shown superiority in making up for family support.Chuanzhong Kindergarten is located in Houzhaochuan Cultural and Education Center of Xinxiang City,Henan Province.Since 2014,it has started community education in this form of community coneges.It has gradually formed a unique community education culture and model,and in the process of operation,has formed an effective model which is advantageous to popularize in the countryside.Therefore,this study chooses to use Chuanzhon kindergarten as the research object,using ethnographic research methods to study such representative cases to further understand the kindergarten-centered community education operation mode.And an effective mechanism to make it work better,through community education to provide family support for pre-school children with external resources,thereby promoting the integration of domestic resources and improving the quality of family education.Through the study of ethnography,community education centered on Chuanzhong Kindergarten,in the operation of preschool children's family support,the subjects involved can be divided into four categories:guides,kindergarten teachers,Community staff and outside protectors.Among them,the leader and the guarantor together constitute the supporting force of community education on the influence mechanism of preschool children's family support,the kindergarten teacher is the core force of the influence mechanism,the community resident is the endogenous force of the influence mechanism.Within the three forces,there are multiple core elements intertwined to support the smooth operation of the impact mechanism.Finally,this study builds a three-dimensional influence mechanism based on the mining of internal factors.The mechanism consists of three systems:support system based on decision mechanism and guarantee mechanism,and implementation mechanism based on execution mechanism and team optimization mechanism,endogenous system based on dynamic mechanisms and regulatory mechanisms.
