The teacher's educational belief reflects their spiritual pursuit and the goal of education,determines the teacher's cognitive depth,emotional height and willpower intensity,and directly dictates and controls the teacher's education and teaching behavior.Under the influence of complicated social situations and multicultural values,teachers' value orientation,value judgment,role orientation,and ideal beliefs are being subjected to unprecedented shocks and trials.In particular,the educational beliefs of middle school teachers are in desperate need of reshaping.As a branch discipline of sociology,cultural sociology emphasizes the overall study of various cultural phenomena from the perspective of sociology,and the belief in teacher education is the highlight of culture.Therefore,it is a brand new exploration to review the cultural phenomenon of teacher education from the perspective of cultural sociology.This article uses the literature method,the questionnaire method,the interview method and the observation method,constructs the analytical framework from the cultural sociology perspective,and considers the cultural operation behind the teacher education belief.The article is divided into four parts.The first part is the theoretical premise.It elaborates the deep connection between cultural sociology and teacher education beliefs.It also clarifies the related theories of cultural sociology and the evolution of teacher education beliefs,social interaction,psychology and other cultural societies.Learning characteristics.The second part is the actual exploration.According to the data analysis results of 600 questionnaires,the overall situation of teacher education belief analysis and difference analysis,combined with interview data and observation records,presents the secondary school teacher education beliefs have certain advantages,but there is also "only the highest score." The status quo of problems such as alienation and student relations.The third part is the perspective of crisis,which is mainly characterized by three aspects: the alienation of the value orientation of middle school teachers' educational beliefs,the stagnation of development,and the difficulty of real situations.The concrete manifestations are the utilitarianism,traditionization,and negativity of teacher education beliefs.The traditional orientation of teachers in terms of student status,teaching methods,education evaluation,and teacher education belief are bound,banished,and crushed.Finding the causes of the crisis of teacher education belief is mainly the development of instrumental rationalism,the suppression of school utilitarian system,thespread of money culture,and the limitations of teachers' own understanding.The fourth part is the presentation of strategies.Using values and beliefs as a support,raising teachers' awareness of education beliefs,promoting the reform of school system,understanding and taking care of teachers' living conditions is a possible countermeasure to resolve the crisis of teacher education.
