During the period of China’s social transformation,multi-culture shock makes theprocess of the undergraduates choosing and establishing belief full of contradiction,which is due to the conflict between background and reality and leads to phenomenonof fading belief mentality, what’s more, it also makes the undergraduates ideologicalconfusion. Most students not only begin to doubt the dominant faith-maxis’ faith, alsolose faith to common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics, so that thetraditional Confucian virtue "aphasia" in real life is losing its value and significance ofexistent, we call it belief crisis. Presently, the reasons why undergraduates decide todepart from the tradition, worship the power and revenge the society are more than autognosis and culture quality, but on a deeper level, it is the students’ belief. The collegestudents are the backbone of China’s social progress and development. Their beliefconcerns the cultivation of high-quality talents as well as the social harmony andstability. The sixth plenary session of the party put forward "the construction of socialistculture power" as national strategy, which point the way to their belief education andalso post a test to their ideological and political quality. enhancing college students’belief education research and Building a scientific or standardized system of beliefeducation can help us grasp the students’ mental status and can guide them to chooseand set up their main belief that correspond with the socialist core value system, alsoface the challenge of political and cultural integration calmly. To foster the successor ofthe socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.In this paper we put the faith education problem of the students in the backgroundof constructing cultural power strategy, do a research on students belief situation,teaching strategy of belief education.Based on the current status of society, withMarxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong thought and theory system of socialism with Chinesecharacteristics as guidance. Using literature, questionnaire, interviews and otherresearch methods, we analyzed achievement of the foreign students’ belief education,set forth the significance of cultural powers strategy and historical background. In thisway, we understand the basic information of the temporary students’ belief educationand belief situation, we analyze the main reason of belief crisis and introspect our beliefeducation. Finally we put forward suggestions and counter plan about belief educationfrom the perspective of principle, content, method and means. We focus on offering thefirst-hand data of belief education to our ideological and political educationalist,providing universities with beneficial reference in strengthening belief education, andsupplying model of scientific development in belief education.
