Teachers' educational belief refer to the views that teachers believe in educational careers,educational principles and educational ideas in educational activities.That is,the teachers agree and believes in a kind of professional view,education view and teacher-student view in the educational activities.Educational belief is not created out of thin air,but teachers gradually build up the culture,especially under the influence of social culture.Teachers' educational belief and social culture have a profound internal relationship.The current society is in the transition period,the rapid changes in the social culture of the impact of the teachers' educational belief,so that there is a deviation,into a loss.Education is a kind of cultural activity based on belief,and the education based on belief cannot leave the culture.Therefore,from the perspective of social culture,we can understand and solve the problem of teachers' educational belief from the root.The paper analyses the problems of primary and secondary school teachers' educational belief by literature research method and case analysis method,the paper mainly discusses from three aspects.Firstly,the paper explains the connotation and the relationship between social culture and educational belief through the literature research in theory;Secondly,under the cultural situation of the current primary and secondary school teachers' educational belief,the paper clarifies the problems representation of the utilitarian,instrumentalization and dissociation of educational belief with the relevant cases;Finally,the paper puts forward the cultural conception of the reconstruction of teachers' educational belief,based on the cultural dimension of educational belief,from the cultural consciousness of teachers and the leadership of social culture two dimensions to build educational belief rebuilding culture strategy.For primary and secondary school teachers' educational belief change to provide a reference,in order to promote the formation and development of primary and secondary school teachers' actively educational belief.
