Effective Operation Strategy Of The Primary And Secondary Parents’ Schools Based On Jinzhou

Education is a complex system,in this system,the family education,school education and social education is coordinated developing.In family education only parents have a certain education knowledge and corresponding education quality can better promote the growth of children.Parents schools,as a main place in our country to carry out the parental education and family education guidance,its task is to help parents to set up correct concept of education,imparting knowledge and methods of education children.The process of learning education knowledge and skills through parents’ school is also a process of growing parents themselves.According to the investigation,many parents’ schools are hard to run and are not effective.How to make the parent school effective operation,full play its function,it′s worth to expand further study.This study,from the perspective of the research status at home and abroad,combined with the actual,selected the three school of jinzhou city,according to the questionnaire investigation and interview method,we comprehensive understand the current status of the parents school.Then we will put forward the corresponding strategy to make the parents school run efficiently.the author based on the learning contract theory,ecological system theory,information asymmetry theory to put forward the strategies of the parent school run efficiently.It is divided into the following four parts:the fist part,,mainly analyzes the rationality the parents school,the parents need to keep learning to enrich themselves as the breakthrough point is expounded;mainly discussed from the strengthening of family education function and the realization of parental education right.The second part,the current situation of the parents’ school was analyzed,and the parents and teachers were investigated through questionnaire and interview method,and the operation condition of the parents’ school was clarified.The investigation and analysis mainly include parents’ demands,parents’ educational view,activity types of parents’ schools and the system construction of parents’ schools.The thied part,the analysis of the reasons for the difficult operation of parents’ schools,it is based on the analysis of the five aspects of cognition,finance,parental demand,management supervision system and implementation process.The forth part,the parents school to achieve effective operation strategy,the author based on the learning contract theory,ecological system theory,information asymmetry theory to put forward the strategies of the parent school run efficiently,including strengthening the study of the theory of the parents school,create a stable external support,understanding parents demand,establish the effective management of the evaluation system and the formation of the implementation of the scientific process.
