The master group returning from workplace are the previous college graduates returning campus from workplace who distinguished from recent college graduates have no work experience.The master group returning from workplace have been increasing.As a special group of master groups,they interact with other groups not only related to the group’s own development,also related to development and improvement of quality of the overall master group.The master group returning from workplace who have special work experience greatly differ from ordinary student,at the same time,the special experience has a profound impact on the study of the master group returning from workplace.Though academic study about master group in China have been rich and deep,the research about master group returning from workplace are still weak,so studying special group and putting forward corresponding countermeasures has important practical significance under the background gradually emphasis on overall quality improvement of the master group returning from workplace.This research adopts the methods of questionnaire investigation,interview and observation,specially conducted a questionnaire survey to 112 the master group returning from workplace in the Y university and has carried on the track of fifteen by observing and interviewing,in according with the “why return,what kind of state,and which influence factors” the logical system exploring the whole process prior to admission and after the admission and interpreting the term of work experience from the aspects of sociology and psychology level.The main body of this paper is divided into three parts:The first part mainly focused on “why return”,the enrollment motivation of master group returning from workplace,and through questionnaire,interview and other empirical research found that the enrollment motivation of master group returning from workplace mainly includes the internal motivation and external motivation,internal motivation including pursuit diploma,rich professional knowledge reservation,pursuit academic;The external motivation is made up of changing the workplace and career preparation.The second part mainly focuses on “what situation”,namely the learning landscape of the master group returning from workplace.Compared to students without work experience,the majority of the master group returning from workplace work present a more benign school landscape,this paper analyzes the whole school landscape respectively from academic,interpersonal communication,and career plan aspect: academic picture is analyzed from the three dimensions of the learning goals and plan,learning attitude and behavior,and the learning and the achievement;The interpersonal picture is analyzed from the three dimensions of interpersonal resource development and utilization,the choice and communication of the tutor and the circle of friends.Career plan is analyzed from career perspective and career planning.The third part focuses on the impact of work experience on learning landscape of the master group returning from workplace.Interpreting the term of work experience from the aspects of sociology and psychology level,constructing the mechanism and the theoretical framework which the experience affects individual development,using lewin’s theory of “living space” and “role identification and adaption” psychology theory,it is concluded that the master group returning from workplace have accumulate much experience which originates from the transformation process between school and the workplace environment transformation and the transformation process between the identity of the students and workers,eventually the woke experience have a profound effect on individual learning,interpersonal,and career planning.The conclusion part puts forward suggestions and cuntermeasures for a few students who are not in the state.
