Study On The Present Situation And Problems Of Postgraduate Education For Social Work Master's Degree In Shaanxi Province

This study,through the analysis of the development of social work education in China,combined with the "guidance program for master degree of social work" issued by the degree Office of the State Council,takes 4 colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province as an investigation target.Based on the content analysis of each link in the training program,we can understand the current situation of the graduate students' training in the master degree of social work in Shaanxi province and the shortcomings in the training process.In the hope of promoting the reform and innovation of the training mode of master degree of social work in Shaanxi Province,the author hopes to promote the reform and innovation of the training mode of master degree of social work in social work through this study,so as to achieve the requirements of training and positioning the senior professional talents with master degree of social work.Qualitative research is adopted,including text analysis and semi-structured interviews.Through the analysis of the text of the training program for the master of social work and the semi structural interview with the graduate students of the relevant colleges and universities,we collect the information and analyze the content of the specific links in the training program,such as the training target,the enrollment system,the curriculum,the teachers,the professional practice and the graduation article.To investigate and compare the similarities and differences of schools in Shaanxi Province in their respective training modes.Combined with interviews with 7 students,the implementation status and existing problems of different training units in specific links were explored.After the comprehensive analysis,it is found that the graduate students of the master degree in social work in Shaanxi province have the characteristics of interdisciplinary teaching and cross school classes.At the same time,there are shortcomings in enrolment,training process and teachers' strength,and the cooperation of "government,school and society" under the project operation is put forward.And the cultivation of core competence from the perspective of competency based education theory,so as to improve the quality of postgraduate education in Shaanxi province.
