| In the era of high-speed interconnection of information,the Internet industry has become a pillar industry in the service industry.At present,the number of Internet practitioners has reached 16.77 million,and a large group of practitioners has received great attention from the society due to the high income,high pressure,high competition and high elimination of the industry.In this group,there is a category of employees who are mainly young employees working in small and micro Internet companies,mainly engaged in IT-related work.On the one hand,they have not obtained the high income and high welfare in social perception.On the other hand,they are under greater work pressure in the professional environment of small and micro Internet companies.They have typical workplace pressures and low professional satisfaction.This article takes some young employees of small and micro Internet companies in Shenzhen Y Science and Technology Park as the research object,and takes the workplace anxiety of young employees as the research topic.Use the literature method to sort out the relevant literature on corporate employees’ workplace anxiety at home and abroad,and use the questionnaire method and interview method to obtain the current situation of young employees’ workplace anxiety in small and micro Internet companies in Shenzhen Y Science and Technology Park and the restrictive factors that affect workplace anxiety.Including the personal characteristics level,the organizational level and the external environment level.The study found that the workplace anxiety of young employees of small and micro Internet companies is mainly manifested in occupational competency anxiety,career development anxiety,and occupational identity anxiety,etc.,generally showing a trend of job burnout,and most young employees have low job satisfaction.Based on this,under the guidance of the advantage perspective and career theory,this article designed and carried out group activities on different topics for young employees of small and micro Internet companies in Y Science and Technology Park to help them clarify their understanding,explore their advantages,and increase their abilities,thereby alleviating pressure.Reduce the level of workplace anxiety and improve their professional satisfaction.Through the summary and reflection on the theme group activities,combined with the self-evaluation and the comparison of the before and after testing of young employees after participating in the group activities,this research has the following findings: First,the workplace anxiety of young employees of small and micro Internet companies is widespread,mainly as follows:Occupational competency and development anxiety,occupational identity anxiety,occupational stability anxiety,interpersonal relationship anxiety and occupational health anxiety.Second,the advantage perspective theory and career theory have applicability for group work to intervene in the workplace anxiety of young employees of small and micro Internet companies.However,in the implementation of specific group activities,it is necessary to adjust measures to local conditions and apply theories in reflection to achieve combination of theory and reality.Third,the group work intervention method focusing on the discovery of advantages and the ability to grow has a good effect on alleviating the workplace anxiety of young employees of small and micro Internet companies and improving the professional satisfaction of young employees. |
