Workplace loneliness is a kind of negative psychological state that may appear in the workplace life,which has a destructive impact on the working state of employees.In the context of increasingly intelligent and interconnected work environment,the problem of workplace loneliness is becoming more and more common in the domestic workplace which focuses on relationships and circles.In an enterprise,no matter the leaders who are in high position,the experienced old employees or the new employees who are just entering the company,they may have a sense of loneliness in the workplace.Scholars believe that loneliness can have an impact on people's social cognition,and then affect people's daily communication behavior,and finally lead to people's negative emotions,such as negation,depression and confrontation,so as to increase people's inner feelings The sense of anxiety further affects people's perception control ability and interpersonal cooperation ability.In the workplace life,when an employee feels lonely,his negative emotions may affect the overall interpersonal environment within the company,even increase the atmosphere of distrust and suspicion within the company,destroy the harmony of interpersonal relations within the company,and reduce the work efficiency of employees.Therefore,it is an important topic of practical significance to discuss the loneliness of employees in the workplace and find effective ways to improve the loneliness of employees in social work.With the help of group dynamics theory,social support theory and cognitive behavior theory,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on workplace loneliness of 133 employees in C Automobile Sales Co.,Ltd.,and understands the overall situation of workplace loneliness of employees in C company as well as the basic situation in the dimensions of emotional loneliness and social loneliness.It is found that employees in C company generally have different degrees of workplace loneliness,The scores of emotional loneliness dimension and social loneliness dimension are higher than the theoretical judgment value,because of economic pressure,work pressure and lack of social skills.According to the results of the questionnaire survey,12 workers were selected as the group service objects.Through six group activities,the team members were gradually helped to alleviate the loneliness in the workplace.The results showed that the team work effectively improved the level of loneliness in the workplace and could effectively intervene the loneliness in the workplace.
