The teaching method reform is an important content of reform of colleges and universities,and it is the core of realizing educational hearing objectives,improving teaching quality,perfecting the teaching core.It has a direct impact on the training quality of college personnel.Existing researches always focus on the teaching method itself and the teaching method.using,ignore the using subject(college teachers).In reality,there are many problems on college teachers' notion and teaching methods'using,these all clearly show that the use of teaching methods by college teachers requires deposit and knowledge.Lack of deposit,good teaching method ean't bring about proper teaching effect,which affects the teaching efficiency,and cause a series of serious problems such as low quality of education.Based on the actual courses,combining with the existing research results and the actual classroom teaching case,analysis the meaning of college teachers' deposit when use the teaching method,the influence factors of inside information to develop,culture accumulation and release of inside information.College teachers' deposit of teaching method of application is the rational selection and use of the teaching method of basic quality and basic conditions,including the dimension of consciousness,knowledge,ability and so on.What should be clear is that the information is intended to be used by college teachers,and is also directly related to teachers'use of teaching methods in teacher literacy.College teachers have a direct influence on the understanding of the actual teaching objects,the development status of college teachers themselves,and the development of schools and society for teachers to use the teaching methods.The accumulating of university teaching methods using is not achieved overnight.It is constantly accumulating and perfecting in long-term teaching as the conditions mature.The use of teaching is a practiee field for accumulation,and teacher training is an expansion method for accumulation.The self-research of teachers is the main way for accumulating.The essence of college teachers*teaching methods is directly reflected in the actual teaching.The actual level of applieation is a direct way to test the connotation of their teaching methods,mainly reflected in the teacher's choice of matching reality(concept matching,reality matching,self-matching)and application(inspiring students' interest in learning,guiding students' learning methods,and guiding students in learning to migrate).
