Study On The Influence Of Psychological Quality On Teenagers' Mobile Phone Dependence

Based on a questionnaire survey of 565 students in four schools in Yueyang,Chenzhou and changsha in hunan province,this paper discusses the influence of psychological quality on the mobile phone dependence of teenagers,in order to prevent and improve the young students'mobile phone dependence,this paper provides a new way of thinking and suggestions:The overall level of cellphone dependence among adolescents was low,and the overall status of the respondents was good,indicating that there was less cell phone dependence in the group of teenagers surveyed,this means that the majority of young students are able to understand and use mobile phones correctly.But some of the indicators,especially in terms of individuals'daily behavior,were higher in terms of the impact of cell phone use,showing a high level of cellphone dependence.Based on the analysis of the factors of the mobile phone dependency scale of teenagers,three public factors,namely,compulsive cell phone dependence,dominant cell phone dependence and the dependence of the mobile phone,the factors are consistent with the general concept.The average score of psychological quality of adolescents was 3.17,which showed that the psychological quality of the subjects in the study was better.In this paper,the factors of 33 indexes of mental quality scale of adolescents were extracted,and the results were summarized into four dimensions:self-regulation ability,self-identity,self-learning ability and adaptabilityPsychological quality is negatively correlated with the dependence of mobile phone in teenagers,and the psychological quality has obvious reverse prediction effect on the dependence of the psychological quality on the mobile phone.The research of correlation analysis shows that the self-regulation ability can predict the adolescent compulsive mobile phone dependence,the prominent mobile phone dependence,the abstinent mobile phone dependence and the overall mobile phone dependence;Self-identity can also predict the adolescent compulsive cell phone dependence,the dominant mobile phone dependence,the dependence of the mobile phone and the overall mobile phone dependence Adaptive performance negative prediction of compulsive cell phone dependence,abstinence mobile phone dependence and overall mobile phone dependence,but can not predict dominant mobile phone dependence;The ability to learn autonomously also provides a negative predictor of adolescent compulsive cell phone dependence,dominant cell phone dependency,abstinence-based cell phone dependence and overall mobile phone dependence.
