Study On The Application Model Of Learning Resource Of Network Learning Community From The Perspective Of Synergy Theory

Learning resources are the foundation of the network learning community to carry out learning.To enable the existence and sustainable development of the community,it is necessary not only to continuously enrich and update learning resources,but also to rationally design its application system for learning resources in order to achieve efficient use of resources,and make community members to obtain learning resources more conveniently,quickly,and more effectively.This paper studies and analyzes the community formed by learners participating in online learning,and discovers that members will form competition,collaboration,and sharing relationships around learning resources,and then build a dynamic model of the learning resources application system for network learning community(hereinafter referred to as the resources application model)so that the learning resources are continuously generated in the dynamic development of the model,and apply the model practically.In this paper,through the literature search and questionnaire survey to understand the current status and existing problems of the learning resources of the network learning community,and to build a resources application model in conjunction with the theory of collaboration,and then apply it.The specific research content is divided into three parts:The first part analyzes the research status of the learning resources application system of the network learning community based on the synergy theory by searching,reading,and collating relevant documents.The second part discusses the main content of the article research:First,elaborate the basis of the study.Through the detailed discussion of the synergy theory,it provides theoretical support for the content of the study,as well as the design of a questionnaire to investigate the current situation of the application of learning resources in the network learning community.It discovers existing problems and provides practical basis for the study of the thesis.Second,build a resources application model.Through the analysis of theoretical and practical problems,the application system of learning resources is designed and the resource application model is constructed.Then,the operation mechanism and implementation strategy of the resource application model are analyzed.Finally,the model is applied to the "organizational behavior" network learning platform,and the application effect and value of the model are analyzed.The third part summarizes and prospects the research content of this thesis.The main research results of this paper:Summarize the current situation of the application of learning resources in the network learning community;combine the synergy theory to guide the design of the resource application system,and build a resource application model,namely a structural model including resource competition layer,resource cooperation layer,and resource sharing layer.And analyze the operating mechanism and implementation strategy;apply the resource application model to the actual application,and then analyze the effect and value of the application.
