The and the have both made clear demands: the Chinese language teachers should attach highly importance to the development and utilization of curriculum resources, and carry out various activities creativly to enhance the students'awareness of learning and using Chinese on all accasions and to improve their Chinese literacy.With the rapid development of information technology, all the resources of Chinese language course can be changed into network learning resources, such as E-text, image, vedio, audio and so on. And with the help of information technology, the knowledge can be expressed by the multimeia. The varied forms of knowledge can not only effectively stimulate students interest in learning and make them have a strong motivation to learn,but also provide a wide range of sensory stimulation of the comprehensive, increase the number of access to information and extend the time to maintain the knowledge, which can obviously make the students master much more knowledge.By using multimedia software, networks, and other information technology tools, we can build individual learning environment, and can also create a collaborative learning environment for learners to provide the same wide range of views, analysis and reflection of the conditions. On the basis of brainstorming, the understanding and grasp of knowledge can be deepened, and the inquisitiveness and collaboration capabilities can be developed so that students are fully personalized, and discovery and excavate the potential of students to the maximum.Compared with the traditional teaching, the study and use of network resources support language teaching, and sometimes really have a traditional teaching incomparable advantages. However, the control of inappropriate will become a interference factor. In the research practice, working with the other memebers in the team, the author combined the information technology knowledge and Chinese language teaching, actively participate in e-learning resources development and application of practice and study activities. In Chinese language learning resources development and application of network, we summed up a number of practical , strong operational methods.Besides, with the development and application of practice of Chinese Language Learning Resources Network , we sumed up some of the problems we should pay attention to, and it is very practical value and significance of the promotion.
