Lifelong learning has become a way of life for today's people.E-learning has become an important way of lifelong learning by virtue of its own advantages and characteristics,and has its irreplaceable status.With the rapid development of information technology in the 21 st century,e-learning has broken the traditional way,creating a new way of learning for human beings,realizing the sharing of educational resources,the convenience and openness of learning methods,and promoting the democracy and fairness of education.It makes possible lifelong learning everywhere and always,and also gives new meaning to community education.In 2009,the “Opinions on Promoting the Construction of e-Learning Community in China”issued by the Community Education Professional Committee of the China Adult Education Association clearly mentioned the need to use e-learning as a driving force to actively promote the creation of a e-learning community and promote the development of community education in China.So far,74 e-learning areas have been selected nationwide.The actual participants of community education in China are mostly elderly residents.They have always had many problems in the process of applying e-learning,which seriously affects the digitalization process of community education in China.Therefore,from the perspective of e-education resources for community education,this paper explores the construction of e-learning resources in our community and the problems encountered by residents in the e-application process and proposes corresponding countermeasures to promote the healthy and orderly development of e-learning in China.Based on the community education in Chengdu,the article studies the dilemma of the application of e-learning resources for community residents.Through the collation of research literature on the application of e-Learning resources at home and abroad,combined with the questionnaire method and interview method,the community educators and residents participating in community education were investigated to understand the attitudes and needs of community residents on e-learning resources.Combined with the realistic materials of Long quan yi community and Qing yang community,this paper explores the problems existing in the application of e-learning resources in community education in Chengdu,and studies the dilemma of community residents' e-learning resources application and gives suggestions.
