Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Work Of Senior High School Class

Classroom teacher plays an especially important role in the middle school administration.The implementation of educational reform and the importance attached to the education impose enormous physical and psychological stresses on classroom teachers.We timely investigate the working situation of classroom teachers of high school,analyze the reasons behind it and search for effective countermeasures so as to promote teaching quality in high school,foster students’ growth as well as the development of many areas in high school.Taking the classroom teachers in three senior high schools in Q county of Gansu province as the research objects and using methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview,this research has investigated the working conditions of these classroom teachers,found the problems existing in their daily work and therefore put forward corresponding ways of solution.The current problems lie in the following aspects: first,classroom teachers’ professional knowledge,professional competence and ethics need improving;second,the working ways of classroom teacher are simple and rigid,and short of creative thinking;third,the loads on classroom teacher are still too heavy and the position as a classroom teacher and the benefits for classroom teachers are rather low.The suggestions to solve the problems mentioned above are proposed to administrative leaders of the high school and for the classroom teachers themselves.As for the administrative leaders,they should promote classroom teachers’ professionalization by raising their management ability and stress on their human-centered way of managing the class;meanwhile,efforts should be made to build trust and respect for classroom teacher and enhance their position.As for the classroom teacher,they should update their education ideas,improve their working way and learn how to relieve stress and create a good working environment.
