With the development of the urban and rural education,the rural small-scale schools are in the bad situation.How do the rural small-scale schools transform?How do they improve?We should deal with these problems.There was a document which was sent down and its was “Ministry of Education sent down a notice about how to furtherly improve rural small-scale schools fund guarantee of school buildings”.This is both an opportunity and a challenge for improvement of rural small-scale schools.The document indicates that education related departments gradually pay attention to the rural small-scale schools.However,due to congenital deficiency,poor natural environment and short of teacher force,which have brought some challenges to the improvement of rural small-scale schools.Attaches great importance to the rural small-scale schools,therefore,the problems existing in the implementation of school improvement plan process,miniature to the country schools are put forward according to the existing problems in the process of the implementation of school improvement plan on the solution of the corresponding strategy,found the “small but excellent”,“small but beautiful”rural small-scale schools are particularly important.This research chose fewer than 100 students at school W County in Gansu province and made school improvement plans of 50 rural small-scale schools.In view of different themes and degrees,the research analyses the school improvement plan and implementation of school improvement plan summary text.We made full use of questionaire and interview.It is found that in the process of implementing the school improvement plan of rural small-scale schools in W county.There are problems in the five questions about the administrative department,the school district president,the principal,the teacher and the student.As follows: in the process of implementing the school improvement plan,the administrative department of the county education has not invested enough in policy and capital;School district principals can't support school improvement plan well;The principal's own leadership skills are insufficient,and the knowledge and ideas,skills and methods of implementing the school improvement plan are less,and so on;The teachers are highly mobile and have low professional level.They are not enthusiastic about implementing the school improvement plan.Students' s good habits are easy to repeat,and they are less motivated to participate in activities.Based on the above problems,we propose a targeted solution strategy.The following is specific: the administrative department of the county level education should give the school proper policy inclination,and should set up a special fund to implement the school improvement plan in the aspect of funds;School district principals should give the school full support;To strengthen the knowledge and ideas related to the principal's leadership development and the improvement of the principal's school improvement plan,the relevant institutions should provide the principal with the knowledge of the school improvement plan for a long time;Establish learning community,implement accurate training,improve teacher professional level;We work together to help students improve.In a word,It's important to carry out the school improvement plan of the fairness of education and improve education level.We should pay more attention to the school improvement plan of rural small-scale schools.Our goal is to improve the students' s grades performance and comprehensive development.In this way,we can make the rural small-scale schools desirable.
