| As an important part of compulsory education in China,rural education is of great significance to the development of basic education in our country.As a key factor in rural education promotion,rural teachers play an irreplaceable role.At present,rural female teachers occupy a larger proportion in the entire rural teachers,and it is of great significance to pay attention to the quality of life of rural female teachers for the development of rural education.In recent years,the Rural Teachers Support Plan(2015-2020)and the Comprehensive Implementation of the Rural Teachers’ Assistance Policy,have been carried out to support and improve the life of rural teachers.In 2015,the Teacher Go-teaching System was carried out in Qinan county,Gansu province,which not only guarantees the balanced development of rural education resources but also improves the life of rural teachers.This study focuses on the Go-teaching life of female teachers,aiming at studying the life of female teachers under the Go-teaching system,which can not only reflect the influence of the Go-teaching system on the female teachers themselves,but also provide an important reference for the study of the group of teachers.This study adopts observation,interview and physical collection methods to make a panoramic description of a rural female teacher’s teaching life through focusing on four fields of activity,including family,education park,Go-teaching road and campus.The study found that there are some problems in the life of the female teachers in rural areas: the female teachers have a "compromise" gender role;the low efficiency of the teachers’ collective lesson preparation system;the potential security problems on their way to teaching and the educational dilemma of "fighting alone".The reasons for these problems are as follows: the bondage of gender identity to female teachers;the system of teaching and research in the park needs to be perfected;the problem of personal safety of teaching teachers is neglected;and the communication and cooperation in the professional development of teachers are insufficient.In order to improve the problem of women teachers’ teaching life,this studybelieves that we should: establish a gender equality concept,strengthen the understanding and tolerance of female teachers;improve the teaching and research system,improve the quality of teaching and research;attach importance to teachers’ teaching,reduce the hidden dangers of teachers’ teaching and promote Multi-party cooperation to solve the educational dilemma of teachers,which are effective strategies to improve the life of female rural teachers. |
