Academic evaluation plays an important role in assessing the quality of academic research, promoting academic activities, reviewing the academic achievements of university teachers, and reasonably allocating the development of teacher resources.Aiming few and imperfect evaluation systems of teacher academic level at the current, this paper attempts to select four evaluation methods that are widely used in many sports competitions: Massey method,Colley method,Keener method and Markov method. These methods are applied to the teacher ranking case to establish the four corresponding teacher academic level ranking models. The academic ranking models were established based on the average citation frequency index.First, the average citation frequency of teacher-published papers is taken as the academic strength attribute of the teacher, which is equivalent to the score of the team.Second,in order to form paired comparison data, the average citation number of the original data is counted on seven continents. At this time, ranking the teacher's academic level according to the average number of citations is equivalent to evaluating the team's strength by using the score information of the game.By using real data on eight teachers in some university to verify this idea, experimental results show that this method can effectively evaluate teachers' academic strength, and then provide a new approach to evaluate the level of academic teachers.Academic evaluation models with weighted indexs..For the differences in the academic level of citations cited in the citation frequency index, this paper proposes creatively to measure this difference by using the citers' area and school rankings. All countries are divided into four major groups according to the level of applied mathematics in the basic disciplines.800 universities are divided into five levels according to their rankings in the world. The weight of each index is determined by the AHP.Four weighted academic evaluation models are established. In addition,by choosing the teachers of the institute of applied mathematics in some high-level university in China as the sample, and using Matlab software, effectness of these weighted models is verified, and the results show that the models had higher accuracy. The aggregation of ranking models. In order to obtain a better and more stable ranking list, the above four kinds of weighted ranking lists are aggregated in a certain way to get a new robust aggregation list.Firstly,we use the easy-to-understand and easy-to-use method of Borda's counting.Secondly, based on the graph theory method to aggregate four ranking lists.Secondly, based on the graph theory method, four ranking lists are aggregated. In addition, the Page Rank algorithm used by the famous Google search engine is used to find the node map between the teachers with the link weights, and the final Page Rank vector is aggregated through the iterative method; Finally, the results of the two aggregation methods are compared, and both are consistent with the real situation.
