The Academic proficiency test is a new curriculum of senior high school, and it is one method of the comprehensive implementation of quality education. The Academic proficiency test can examine the learning level of the senior school students, so it is popular with people. Through the analysis of the non choice questions in Chemistry Academic Proficiency Test of Inner Mongolia in recent years, and to interview some chemistry teachers and students of four Mongolian senior high schools in Hinggan League, several revision strategies are put forward aimed at non choice question in Academic proficiency test, and the effectiveness of these revision strategies are discussed by testing in order to benefit the chemistry teaching in the long run.(1) According to the taxonomy of educational objectives and the theory of multiple intelligences, the significance of selecting the topic and the research content are expounded, and the domestic research status of the academic proficiency test are summarized.(2) The comparative method is adopted to study the non choice questions of the Chemistry Academic Proficiency Test of Inner Mongolia in 2013 year and 2014 year, trying to find out the testing point and the methods. As the result, the testing point of the academic proficiency test is to test the students’ basic knowledge, basic skills, exploring ability, and comprehensive capability. Namely, non choice questions consist of comprehensive question of periodic law of elements, chemical experiment and common inorganic inference.(3) In view of the current situation of Chemistry Academic Proficiency test, we made a survey in order to know the students and teachers’ opinions about Chemistry Academic Proficiency test, the reason of low scores in the exam and the situations of reviewing and teaching by interviewing the chemistry teachers and the students of four Mongolian senior high schools in Hinggan League. According to the result of the survey, the main reasons of getting low scores are followings: the students’ basic chemistry knowledge is poor. The students can not understand the questions. The students can not express some chemical words accurately. The students lack fundamentals and operations of chemical experiments and abilities of analyzing and solving problems.(4) In order to find out the answers to the problems existing in students, the testing method is used to test the students’ situation about the non choice questions of the Chemistry Academic Proficiency Test through testing the students of No.2 senior middle school in Hinggan League. According to the students’ situation, several revision strategies are put forward. The effectiveness of the revision strategies would be tested three months later.Obtained by reviewing and testing: improve students learning interest and learning attitude, a solid master chemical basic knowledge; students learn according to the requirements of the answer and to accurately express chemical terminology; students’ experimental operation ability, comprehensive ability and problem solving were increased.
