The key to the success of compulsory education lies in the teachers,the level of the discipline of junior Chinese teachers is related to the education quality in the compulsory education stage.It is of great significance to study the discipline accomplishment of junior Chinese teachers to promote the continuous and steady development of the teachers in the early stage of compulsory education and to improve the quality of compulsory education.Junior Middle School Chinese teacher's subject accomplishment mainly includes junior middle school knowledge,junior middle School Chinese subject ability and junior middle school Chinese subject affection.This paper is based on the professional struggle of junior Chinese teachers,through 263 junior middle School Chinese Teachers Questionnaire survey and four different gender,age,education,title and seniority of junior middle school language teachers interview.Starting from the actual situation of their discipline accomplishment,this paper probes into the improvement of the subject accomplishment level of junior Chinese teachers under the current situation of educational appeal,and based on the investigation results and analysis,puts forward some suggestions to improve the discipline accomplishment of junior Chinese teachers from the social,school and teacher's own three levels,In order to promote the junior middle School Chinese teacher's education teaching level.This thesis mainly consists of four parts: first,the first part expounds the reasons and backgrounds of the author's research on the discipline accomplishment of junior Chinese teachers,and combing out the literatures of related research at home and abroad,based on this,it further explains the purpose and methods of junior high school language teachers' subject accomplishment,and defines the core concepts involved in this paper.In the second part,the author explains and deeply analyzes the current situation of the discipline accomplishment of junior Chinese teachers by using the method of questionnaire and interview,and concludes that the whole level of discipline accomplishment of junior Chinese teachers is higher.The concrete manifestation is: the basic knowledge of the subject is solid,the content is clear and comprehensive,the knowledge of educational theory is abundant,the grasping and understanding of the frontier information is paid attention to,the practical knowledge reserve is sufficient,pay attention to form the unique teaching style;the overall level of Chinese teaching ability is strong In the classroom implementation ability to the effective classroom communication cognition clear,focus on the use of classroom strengthening technology,in the reflective ability of the students in the evaluation of science,pay attention to the process and results,innovation in the language of innovative awareness,focus on teaching content and teaching methods of innovation;Pay attention to the cultivation of students ' sound personality.However,in the in-depth analysis of the various dimensions of the problems found in the following aspects: the junior high School of Chinese language knowledge is not perfect,the lack of scientific research ability,after class reflection awareness is weak,teaching ability of all aspects of imbalance,the subject is not firm,discipline development planning is not clear several aspects.On this basis,combined with the content of the interview in-depth analysis of junior middle school Chinese teachers subject quality of the reasons.The third part based on the research results and the whole discipline accomplishment system and the scientific practice research result,from the society,the school and the teacher oneself three aspects,has made the related suggestion to the junior middle School Chinese teacher's discipline accomplishment enhancement.Part Four summarizes the full text and explains the insufficiency of the study.
