In this paper,Chinese teachers in four public senior high schools in Thailand,Chinese course students in public senior high schools,administrators of relevant schools and administrative personnel of Ministry of Education are taken as the research objects.Mainly using questionnaires and interviews,this paper studies and analyzes the situation of Chinese teaching in four public senior high schools in Thailand,finds out the deficiencies in Chinese education in Thailand,and puts forward corresponding solutions or improvement methods using pertinent theories.This paper is divided into five chapters.Chapter 1 is the introduction,the whole article is summarized and introduced in this chapter.Chapter 2 is the literature review,the relevant literature is divided into:The related research of Thailand's Chinese language education policy and problems in the Chinese language education of the public senior high school.On the theoretical side,this study uses the Grounded Theory(referred to "GT")as a research method and literature review related to Grounded Theory used in educational field.On the basis of all kinds of references and comparative analysis of the phenomena in the data,the key points of the problem are highlighted and the reform scheme is push forward.Chapter 3 is the introduction to the research methods and Grounded Theory that used in this research briefly.There are four schools in this study.Two schools in Bangkok are Traimitwittayalai School and Watborwornmongkol School and the other two schools in other provinces are Maerim Wittayakhom School and Waengnoi Suksa School.In addition,this chapter also introduces the research design and questionnaire interview compilation instructions.Chapter 4 is the data analysis of the investigation,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the Chinese curriculum,teachers,teaching materials,teaching methods and so on by using the percentage,One-Way Analysis of Variance and T test methods.To find out the differences in the teaching of Chinese in various schools and the existing problems.The content of the study includes students' Chinese learning motivation,students' Chinese learning situation and students,Chinese learning behavior.Finally,it combines the interviews of relevant school administrators and administrative personnel of Ministry of Education.Chapter 5,under the guidance of GT,the author constructs and classifies the data obtained from literature review,investigation,interview,analysis and comparison,and concludes the equilibrium theory of Chinese educational resources flow in public senior high schools in Thailand.The theory points out that there are three main reasons that influence the resource flow of high quality basic education in Thailand:First of all,regional differences cause differences in the supply of Chinese teachers,students' learning motivation,students' study hour,teachers' satisfaction and curriculum design.Secondly,the differences between urban and rural areas have resulted in the differences of Chinese teachers' academic qualifications,teachers'training frequency and the sources of obtaining Chinese teaching materials.Finally,the differences between schools form the differences of curriculum classification and class hours,teachers' Chinese proficiency,the differences of teaching contents,and the factors that decide whether to use classroom measurement to evaluate and improve the Chinese curriculum.According to the findings of the theory,in order to improve the strategy of Chinese education in public senior high schools in Thailand.This paper also introduce more reasonable improvement strategies through interviews with a number of authoritative personnel of the Ministry of Education of Thailand and experts in the field.As a result of the regional differences,the basic education committee of the Ministry of Education should be responsible for the allocation of teachers and teaching materials with the help of the Chinese teaching groups.In view of the difference between urban and rural areas,the Bangkok schools and the schools in other provinces should cooperate and exchange,strengthen the teachers' training with the help of the local university,support the exchange of teachers' experience and improve the teaching level.In view of the differences between schools,we think that the poorer schools should learn from the better-developed schools,increase the basic class hours,arrange the curriculum reasonably,and promote the YCT(Youth Chinese Test)using together as a school classroom measurement evaluation standard to improve the curriculum.Through the analysis of the situation of Chinese teaching in Thai public senior high schools,this paper hopes to help the adjustment and reform of Chinese education in Thai public senior high schools and promote the quality of Chinese teaching.At the same time,I also hope that the Resource Flow Equilibrium theory can bring some practical reference value to the research of Chinese education related topics in the future.
