| Secondary vocational students are in the golden age of learning,mental weaning,and the crucial period in shaping the outlook on life and values,and are more prone to academic burnout.At present,related studies have found that academic burnout may be affected by learning motivation.However,in the previous intervention studies on student learning motivation,a single-dimension group counseling program and effect evaluation were used,Ignoring the specific academic burnout performance of students who do not have a strong motivation to learn can not clearly clarify the effect of group psychological counseling.Therefore,this study is based on the investigation of the motivation and academic burnout of secondary vocational students,through a series of targeted group counseling programs,the role of group counseling in promoting the learning motivation of students in secondary vocational schools and relieving academic burnout was examined.In Study one,566 middle school students were employed as research subjects.Using the Adolescent Learning Motivation Scale and the Adolescent Academic Burnout Scale,the relationship between the learning motivation and academic burnout of secondary vocational students was discussed.The results of the study found that there is a significant negative correlation between learning motivation and academic burnout among secondary vocational students,that is,the stronger the learning motivation of secondary vocational students is,the weaker their academic burnout is.After controlling the demographic variables of secondary vocational students,the study found that the learning motivation of secondary vocational students has a significant predictive effect on academic burnout.Study two designed a group counseling program based on the characteristics of academic burnout and learning motivation of secondary vocational students on the basis of Study 1.Twenty students in the secondary vocational school were studied.Group counseling was used to improve the motivation of the students in the secondary vocational school and alleviate school burnout.The effect of the group counseling program was also discussed.The results of the study found that after aperiod of group counseling by members of the experimental group,the motivation for learning has significantly improved and the sense of academic burnout has decreased significantly.The research results show that there is a significant negative correlation between learning motivation and academic burnout among secondary vocational students,and learning motivation has a significant predictive effect on academic burnout.Group counseling based on learning motivation as a training content has a certain effect on relieving the academic burnout and improving the motivation of students in secondary vocational school. |
