With 595 three-year vocational students in Yangzhou Jiangdu Vocational Secondary as the testee,this study adopts adolescent learning burnout scale to investigate the students' learning burnout situation,screen out 68 students with mild and moderate learning burnout level(2<ASBI total score<4).Through the interview and voluntary registration,it determines 24 optional testees and randomly selects 12 students as the experimental group and the other 12 students as the control group.The study uses the team counseling from the perspective of positive psychology to intervene the students in the experimental group for 8 weeks once a week.There are a total of eight interventions.The study conducts pre-test at the beginning of the intervention implementation,post-test at the end of the implementation and delay test a month after the completion of the intervention.Results:One.The learning burnout situation of secondary vocational school students(1)The total score of the learning burnout of secondary vocational school students and the score in each dimension are in the middle level.The detection rate of the learning burnout of secondary vocational school students is 34.12%,The performance in physical and mental exhaustion is the most prominent and the next is diminished personal accomplishment and academic alienation dimension.(2)There is no significant difference in the total score of learning burnout between the sexes of secondary vocational school students,but there is significant difference in the dimension of low sense of achievement.;(3)There are significant differences in the total scores of the learning burnout of secondary vocational school students in different grades,but no significant differences in physical and mental exhaustion,academic alienation and diminished personal accomplishment;(4)There is no significant difference between secondary vocational school students in terms of learning burnout scores and total scores;(5)There are no significant differences among the vocational school students from different places of origin in physical and mental exhaustion,academic alienation and learning burnout,but significant differences in diminished personal accomplishment;(6)There are no significant differences among the vocational school students who are only children in physical and mental exhaustion,academic alienation and learning burnout,but significant differences in diminished personal accomplishment;(7)There are significant differences in the dimension of physical and mental exhaustion between the lodging and non-lodging vocational school students,and the scores of the physical and mental exhaustion dimension of the lodging students were significantly higher than those of the non-lodging vocational school students.(8)There are no significant differences in physical and mental exhaustion dimension,academic alienation dimension,low sense of achievement dimension and total score of learning burnout between secondary vocational school students with different father's educational level.There are significant differences in physical and mental exhaustion dimension,academic alienation dimension,low sense of achievement dimension and total score of learning burnout among secondary vocational school students with different mother's educational level,especially in the dimension of academic alienation.(9)There are no significant differences in physical and mental exhaustion dimension,academic alienation dimension,low sense of achievement dimension and total score of learning burnout between secondary vocational school students with different father's occupation.There are no significant differences in the dimensions of academic alienation,low achievement and total scores of learning burnout among the secondary vocational school students with different mother's occupation,but there are significant differences in the dimensions of physical and mental exhaustion.(10)In addition to physical and mental exhaustion,there are significant differences in the dimensions of academic alienation,low sense of achievement and total scores of learning burnout among secondary vocational school students with different parenting styles.There are no significant differences in physical and mental exhaustion dimension,academic alienation dimension,low sense of achievement dimension and total score of learning burnout among secondary vocational school students with different mother's rearing styles.Two.The effect of the learning burnout of secondary vocational school students(1)Pre-test data analysis of the experimental group and the control group showed that there was no significant difference in the level of learning burnout between the experimental group and the control group before intervention.(2)The data analysis of the post-test in the experimental group and the control group showed that the total score of learning burnout in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group after the implementation of group psychological intervention.(3)The data analysis of the pre-test and post-test of the experimental group also showed that there were significant differences between the pre-test and post-test scores of the experimental group.(4)The results of the post-test and the follow-up test in the experimental group showed that the performance of the experimental group in the follow-up test was significantly better than that in the pre-test,indicating that group counseling still had a significant effect on the improvement of learning burnout in the experimental group after one month,indicating that group counseling has a lasting effect on reducing the level of learning burnout.
