Biology experiment course occupies a very important position in biology teaching,it can cultivate students’ practical ability,innovation ability and logical thinking ability.The scientific and rational establishment of biological experiment courses is very important for cultivating students’ concept of life.This study is based on the teaching practice of cultivating high school students’ life concept in biology experiment teaching,using literature research method,questionnaire survey method,statistical analysis method and experimental research method,and taking biology experiment course as the research object to cultivate high school students’ life concept to conduct related research.The research contents of this study include:(1)By consulting relevant literature,the connotation and research status of "biological experimental teaching" and "life concept" are expounded.(2)To carry out a questionnaire survey on the cultivation of life concept of senior high school students in Fuyang Normal University Affiliated Middle School,and analyze its existing problems and causes.(3)Relying on the content of "Molecules and Cells",a compulsory course of the Human Education Edition,design biological experimental teaching cases,communicate with the instructor to optimize,and apply them to teaching practice to test the biological experimental teaching and cultivate the life of high school students.The teaching effect of concept cultivation.The above research results are as follows: First,from the results of the questionnaire survey,it is found that:(1)About 55% of the students can understand the connotation of the concept of life,and summarize,elaborate and practically apply it.Therefore,students need to further deepen their understanding of the concept of life;(2)From the students’ views on teachers’ teaching mode and suggestions for improvement,it is found that students hope that teachers can introduce new lessons by playing animated videos or citing more life examples,and give more teaching in class.Students think time and give feedback in a timely manner,and teachers need to strengthen the effectiveness of the cultivation of life concepts.Secondly,through independent sample t-test on the post-test data,it was found that Sig.(two-tailed)=0.004 < 0.05,and the significance level was significantly different.The practical results found that the level of life concepts in both the experimental class and the control class was improved,confirming that The feasibility and effectiveness of teaching practice,and found in biology practice teaching,the reason why it can better cultivate students’ life concept lies in students’ autonomy and enthusiasm.To sum up,this study enriches the connotation and research content of the concept of life to a certain extent,and provides reference materials for the cultivation of the concept of life of high school students.
