Learning engagement is a positive and independent process of participation in behavior,emotion and cognition in the background of school classroom learning activities.Students are the main body of teaching activities,and the input of students runs through the whole process of classroom teaching.Paying attention to the students' learning engagement level is just to understand the students' own active development in the course of classroom learning,thus promoting their meaningful learning.In the ecosystem of children's development,the interaction factors between students themselves and the environment have a more direct impact on their classroom behavior.As an important aspect,interpersonal environment has an impact on students' learning engagement through integration of internal and external environment.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to analyze the students' classroom learning input from the level of interpersonal environment in the classroom.Based on literature analysis and theoretical research,this study first clarifies the two core concepts of "class learning engagement " and "classroom interpersonal environment",and then constructs the theoretical system of this study.On this basis,using empirical research methods,selected a number of the high-grade students in primary school in a certain urban area as the research object,using questionnaire and interview methods to understand the status quo of students' engagement in classroom learning,the status quo of their interpersonal environment and their correlation.The results show that the current high-grade primary students have good engagement in learning,but their emotional engagement and cognitive engagement are low;the interpersonal environment in the classroom is generally good,and the peer relationship is slightly better than the relationship between teachers and students.Correlation analysis shows that classroom interpersonal environment has a great impact on learning engagement of high-grade students in primary school.On the basis of comprehensive,meticulous and in-depth analysis of the results of the investigation,the author finds that the main problems of the high-grade primary school students' class learning engagement are as follows: first,bound by the traditional education concept,learning engagement is "different knowledge and practice";second,emotional engagement sensitization due to lack of internal motivation;third,differences in male and female engagement due to unidentified gender characteristics;fourth,because the role of class group is wrong,the learning engagement group is marginalized;fifth,negative engagement due to a single evaluation standard.Aiming at the problems and causes analysis,comprehensive analysis of interviews and literature,based on the construction of harmonious interpersonal relationship in classroom,the author puts forward the educational countermeasures to promote the level of students' class learning engagement from three aspects of school,teachers and students respectively.
