student engagement has been concerned by people since it was put forward.student engagement is a necessary condition for students to carry out deep learning and effective learning. This study is devoted to the relationship between student engagement of junior high school students in mathematics learning and classroom environment and learning interest. This paper mainly studies the following four problems: 1.According to the results of descriptive statistical analysis, analyze the current situation of junior high school students' perception of mathematics classroom environment, mathematics learning interest and mathematics student engagement.2.Through the difference analysis, the paper analyzes whether there are significant differences between junior high school students' perception of mathematics classroom environment, mathematics learning interest and mathematics student engagement in gender and previous achievements.3.The influence of teachers' support, cooperation and equal classroom environment variables on the four dimensions of students' mathematics student engagement(behavior, cognition, emotion and social engagement)and their contribution.4.The influence and contribution of learning interest variables(value experience, knowledge acquisition and value cognition)on the four dimensions(behavior, cognition, emotion and social engagement)of students' mathematics student engagement. This study uses literature analysis, questionnaire survey, statistical analysis and hierarchical regression.First of all,the existing relevant literature is sorted out,on this basis, the perceived mathematics classroom environment questionnaire, learning interest questionnaire and mathematics student engagement questionnaire are obtained.Then,879 junior middle school students in Wenzhou of Chongqing were investigated by using the method of investigation. Finally, descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity test as well as stratified multiple regression analysis were carried out for the collected effective data. This study investigated the relationship between middle school student engagement in mathematics learning and students' classroom environment(teacher support, students' cooperation and peace, etc.)and learning interest(emotional experience, knowledge acquisition and value awareness). The dependent variables of cognition, behavior, emotion and social input were analyzed by hierarc hical multiple regression analysis. The results show that most perceived classroom environment variables have a positive predictive effect on learning input components, while learning interest variables have a certain difference predictive effect on learning input components. The predicted variables accounted for 53.1%,55.4%,65.6% and 61.8%of the differences in behavioral, cognitive, emotional and social engagement components.According to the research results, student engagement is closely related to classroom environment and learning interest. This study helps us to understand the shortcomings of the learning environment and students' interest in mathematics classroom,so as to provide some theoretical support for creating a good mathematics classroom environment and improving students' interest in learning.
