A Study On The Effects Of WeChat On College Students' Values And Solutions

With the development of the Internet and the popularity of smart-phones,WeChat has emerged from the tech scene due to the way its unique advantages affect people' s lives.WeChat is more than just an instant communication app,and has worked itself into every day life.College students receptive to new things have gradually become the main group to use WeChat.There are complex information in WeChat;besides,the outlook,the outlook on life and values in college students have not fully formed yet and are becoming developmental and perfect,which are easily affected by WeChat.Therefore,the study of the present effects of WeChat on college students' values,the analysis of the main reasons why WeChat has negative effects on college students' values and the solutions that can be put forward are the focuses of the current study.Taking the students of nine universities,including Liaoning Normal University,Dalian Maritime University and Dalian University as the study subjects,and using the methods of the empirical research,literature research,the interdisciplinary analysis method and others,this paper analyzes the present effects of WeChat on college students' values and the main reasons why WeChat has negative effects on college students' values,thus finding the main solutions that can avoid the negative effects of WeChat on college students' values.This thesis is composed of three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction mainly elaborates on the research background,significance,current research at home and abroad,methods,innovations and limitations.The text mainly includes the following four aspects: The first part is an overview of relevant theories of WeChat and values,expounding the connotations,functions and features of WeChat,the connotations and features of values,implications and features of college students' values,the dual interactions between WeChat and college students' values.All these can provide a theoretical basis for post writing.The second part states the present effects of WeChat on college students' values by the analysis of data from questionnaires.The third part analyzes and summarizes the main reasons why WeChat has negative effects on college students' values based on the present effects.The fourth part puts forward some main solutions that can avoid the negative effects of WeChat on college students' values pointedly.The conclusion summarizes the main content of this research and some questions that need to be further studied in the future.
