Volleyball is a net against the sport,attaches great importance to team awareness,the need for a good understanding and collaboration,and the primary school student's team awareness is still in the embryonic stage of development can not truly understand the true meaning of team spirit;volleyball on the basic technical requirements are very High,it is very difficult for beginners to obtain successful experience,and thus lose interest in learning volleyball volleyball rules also make the volleyball competition and practice more difficult.For children and adolescents in primary school,psychologically and physiologically are in a critical period of rapid development,during which time their bones are easy to deform,with less muscle strength and strong skin sensitivity,which affects the basic skills of volleyball Passing,cushioning,serve and spike learning,resulting in a certain degree of fear of volleyball,loss of interest in volleyball,affecting the development of volleyball.Based on the above reasons,this paper proposes to use three different types of volleyball(volleyball volleyball,hard volleyball,soft volleyball)for physical education,teaching effectiveness of its feasibility study.Find suitable volleyball learning methods and learning methods for children and children,as well as for volleyball in the primary stage of the development and popularization put forward their own views.So as to promote the improvement of physical fitness of primary school students and lay a solid foundation for lifelong sports.In the process of research,this paper adopts the research methods of literature review,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and teaching experiment.Taking all the students in the fourth grade of the fifth grade in Yaojia Primary School of Lixia District of Jinan City as teaching objects,this paper studied the four indexes of interest in sports study,physical fitness,objective evaluation of IV volleyball and technical assessment of volleyball.He also interviewed PE teachers in the school,professors in volleyball direction of PE major of colleges and universities as well as specialists of EDB.Through a semester of teaching experiments and experiments before and after the test object of the investigation,after statistical and comparative analysis of the following conclusions:(1)Interest in Physical Education: Three kinds of volleyball teaching of different materials have improved the interest of primary school students in physical education.Among the four dimensions of physical participation,positive interest in physical education,negative interest in physical education and independent learning,volleyball volleyball And volleyball volleyball increased by a greater extent than the hard-volleyball volleyball,there was a significant difference in the level of participation,but there was no significant difference in active interest in sports,negative interest in sports learning and degree of independent study.(2)Physical Fitness: Three kinds of volleyballs have improved the physical fitness of primary school students during the teaching process.However,there is no significant difference in the impact of volleyball,soft volleyball and hard volleyball on physical fitness.(3)volleyball basic skills: three different materials of volleyball in the teaching process
