| In recent years,with the continuous in-depth development of school physical education and physical education reform in the new era,it has become the focus of the development and reform of school physical education in the new era to promote students’ all-round development and enhance their comprehensive quality.As an important part of high school physical education and health curriculum,volleyball teaching is also one of the development of "three big ball" sports.Through the practice of combining soft and hard volleyball teaching in high school volleyball teaching,this study tries to change the current volleyball teaching concept,clarify the characteristics and development needs of students,make the teaching objectives consistent with the development of students,construct the high school volleyball teaching method and diversified teaching content scientifically and reasonably,and enhance the effectiveness of combining soft and hard volleyball teaching.Improve the current high school volleyball teaching problems,in order to enhance the effect of high school volleyball teaching,and finally develop the core quality of students.It provides practical reference for the current high school volleyball teaching,implements the opinions of school physical education in the new era,promotes the reform of physical education in the new era,and finally realizes the goal of building a sports power.This study takes the influence of combined teaching of soft and hard volleyball on the teaching effect of high school volleyball as the research object,and uses the method of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics to explore the influence of combined teaching of soft and hard volleyball on the teaching effect of high school volleyball.To explore the influence of soft and hard volleyball combined teaching on students’ physical quality,volleyball basic skills,sports learning interest,friendship and cooperation spirit.First,two classes of high school students in Yining No.4 Middle School were taken as the experimental subjects.The experimental group adopted 12 weeks of soft and hard volleyball teaching,namely 6 weeks of soft volleyball teaching combined with 6 weeks of hard volleyball teaching.The control group received 12 weeks of hard volleyball teaching.Secondly,the teaching effects of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed through the data before and after the experiment,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)In terms of physical fitness,both soft and hard volleyball teaching and hard volleyball teaching have a slight improvement effect on students’ physical fitness,but the improvement effect is not obvious.(2)In the aspect of volleyball technology,both soft and hard volleyball teaching and hard volleyball teaching can actively promote students to master the basic skills of volleyball.However,through teaching practice,it is found that the combination of soft and hard volleyball teaching is more beneficial to improve students’ basic volleyball skills than hard volleyball teaching.(3)In terms of interest in sports learning,the combination of soft and hard volleyball teaching is more conducive to improving students’ interest in sports learning than hard volleyball teaching.(4)In terms of friendship and cooperation spirit,hard volleyball teaching has a positive effect on the cooperation spirit of students,but only slightly improves the friendship performance;The combination of soft and hard volleyball teaching can improve students’ friendship and cooperation spirit obviously.Compared with hard volleyball teaching,the combination of soft and hard volleyball teaching can improve students’ friendship and cooperation spirit more obviously.(5)In terms of classroom teaching effect,through the analysis of various experimental indicators,it is concluded that the combination of soft and hard volleyball teaching is more conducive to improving the effect of high school volleyball teaching than hard volleyball teaching. |
