Soft volleyball is loved because it is lighter, softer, easier, more recreational than hard volleyball. If utilizing soft volleyball in the process of teaching hard volleyball, we can cultivate the interest in learning hard volleyball, reduce the difficulty of studying hard volleyball, and reduce the hard volleyball learner to be injured. This article researches on the teaching efficiency of utilizing soft volleyball in hard volleyball class by using literature, experiment and survey method. The results are as follows:1. After the experiment, there is no significant difference on the standing long jump and 50m run of the boys and girls in the experimental group, but there is a significant difference on the throwing solid ball. The control group is so. There is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group on the standing long jump, the 50m run and the throwing solid ball.2. After the experiment, there is a significant difference on the volleyball technology of digging, serving and passing in the experimental group. The control group is so. There is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group on digging technology. There is no significant difference between the boys of experimental group and the boys of control group on serving and passing technology. There is a significant difference between the girls of experimental group and the girls of control group on digging technology.3. After the experiment, there is a significant difference between the boys of experimental group and the boys of control group on digging technology. But there is no significant difference on serving and passing technology. There is a significant difference between the girls of experimental group and the girls of control group on digging, serving and passing technology.4. In the stage from soft volleyball to hard volleyball in low voltage, there is no significant difference on digging, serving and passing technology about the boys of experimental group, but there is a significant difference on digging, serving technology about the girls of experimental group, there is no significant difference on passing technology. In the stage from hard volleyball in low voltage to hard volleyball, there is no significant difference on digging, serving and passing technology in the experimental group.5. Most students of the experimental group all like the soft and hard volleyball unifying the teaching form. They think it is helpful to their learning hard volleyball in technology and psychology.
