Research On The Inheritance And Development Of Traditional Wushu Culture In The Shandong Section Of The Beijing-hangzhou Grand Canal

President Xi Jinping have mentioned the historical influence and far-reaching significance of Chinese traditional culture a couple times in his speech since the Eighteen National Congress of the Communist Party of China in late 2012.He emphasized that the prosperity of a country and a nation is always supported by the flourishing of culture,and the prosperity and development of the Chinese culture is a prerequisite for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation while visiting Shandong in November 2013.Besides,he also pointed out that the flourishing culture and the realization of the Chinese Dream must be closely linked and the prosperity of culture should be promoted to the strategic height.However,because of the changes of modern society,people's living standards have been improved unceasingly,people's living environment has changed greatly,and the traditional martial arts culture that depends on the primitive living environment of agrarian economy has also been greatly impacted.The inheritance and development of the traditional martial arts culture have encountered unprecedented challenges and have fallen into trouble.Under the background of the revival of the excellent traditional culture and the realization of the Chinese Dream,the inheritance and development of the traditional martial arts culture is an urgent problem to be solved.The traditional martial arts culture in the basin of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in Shandong province not merely absorbs the cultural connotation of the Confucian civilization,but also accepts the gifts of the massive economic foundation brought by the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal.It is not only an important part ofChinese traditional culture,but also has profound significance to the formation and development of Chinese traditional culture.However,with the impact of the urbanization process and cultural globalization,the traditional martial arts culture in this basin is facing unprecedented challenges.Therefore,the research on the inheritance and development of the traditional martial arts culture in this basin is of great value and practical significance.The study methods used in this thesis are literature research,interview,field investigation method,questionnaire survey method,logical analysis method,etc.First of all,this thesis positions the traditional martial arts cultural system with the aid of the three-dimensional elements of region,time and martial arts content,which excavates and teases out the content of the traditional martial arts culture in this basin.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of the inheritance and development of the traditional martial arts culture in this basin;Then,it probes into the problems existing in the inheritance and development of the traditional martial arts culture in this basin.According to general analysis,the main problems are as follows: insufficient attention from the government results in insufficient funds,which eventually leads to the normal development of martial arts seminars and events failing to carry out;the unsound management organization results in the unprofessional martial arts managers and informal management system;the lack of the training of professional talents restricts the inheritance and development of traditional martial arts culture;people are poorly aware of the traditional martial arts culture because of the invalid propaganda;the invasion of western sports culture has seriously impacted the social status of the traditional martial arts culture;and the lack of field and equipment and simple training facilities have limited the development of traditional martial arts.Finally,some suggestions on the problems existing in the inheritance and development of the traditional martial arts culture in this basin are put forward: the cooperation between the government and the departments is beneficial to perform the functions of the departments;introducing martial arts into the campus is conducive to enlarge the subjects of the inheritance and development;the development of the tourism industry helps to open up new paths for development;“Internet Plus” contributes to expand the dissemination channels;andthe martial arts performance industry can effectively lead the economic income.With the unstoppable tide of cultural globalization and the intense research in regional culture,the traditional martial arts culture in this basin,as an important part of the excellent traditional culture and regional culture,shoulders the mission of reviving the traditional culture and realizing the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.We must broaden horizons and view issues from multiple perspectives,integrating new ideas and thoughts.Hence,we should adopt comprehensive measures to tackle the problems existing in the traditional martial arts culture in this basin to make the development of the traditional martial arts culture in this basin conform to the needs of the development of the times and to provide the lifeblood for the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
