In 2014,China’s education department issued a document on "the overall deepening of curriculum reform,the implementation of the fundamental tasks of LiDE tree people",clearly pointed out that the study "learners at all stages to develop core literacy system,the learners have to meet the lifelong growth and social needs of the necessary quality and key capabilities.""Core literacy" has become the most popular issue for all educators and researchers.At present,the education in some parts of China is still in the stage of "grade-oriented,neglect quality education",and not enough attention is paid to the all-round development of learners.Although the traditional education method can not be replaced,it can not satisfy the learner’s in-depth learning of knowledge,it ignores the learner’s main role,and contradicts the "people-oriented" educational idea.Not only is the teaching effect not ideal,the learner can not get balanced development.At present,the teaching method of "mixed type" is concerned by teachers and researchers.The introduction of many online learning courses,such as MOOC,Internet open course and microclass,and the "views on deepening curriculum reform in an all-round way and implementing the fundamental tasks of the Ride tree people" issued by the Ministry of Education have made "core literacy" the "DNA" of education and created new opportunities for educators to change traditional teaching patterns.Mixed teaching model can improve the enthusiasm of learners,can give full play to the main role of learners,broaden the scope of learners ’learning,so that learners and educators can not be limited by time and place,and carry out independent learning and teaching activities at any time,so that the teaching process "optimization",teaching effect "maximization",learners at all levels can make progress,improve teaching efficiency at the same time to achieve balanced development.How to carry out mixed teaching in elementary school mathematics teaching process has become a question worthy of reflection and research.Based on the theory of humanism,constructivism and optimization of teaching,this study discusses the application of hybrid teaching model in elementary school mathematics to cultivate the core literacy of learners.According to the core literacy,teaching materials and students ’characteristics of elementary school mathematics,this paper designs the strategy of how to realize the core literacy teaching in elementary school mathematics teaching,analyzes the content of teaching,teaching goals and the implementation environment,and applies the methods of literature,conversation and case analysis.People oriented,around elementary school mathematics core literacy,based on my experience of many years of working practice,from the fourth grade mathematics book,the selection of typical teaching content,the construction of a primary mathematics teaching model,using the network and smart phones to self-study,answering questions,homework,through comprehensive student evaluation,interaction with students,practical impact analysis and researchers to improve and improve.Strive to optimize the teaching process,maximize the teaching effect,and finally make the learners balanced development.
