Study On The Educational Structure Optimization Of Oversea Students In China Under The Belt And Road Initiative

The development of education for oversea students is an important way to expand the opening up of education in The Belt and Road.In this study,65 countries along The Belt and Road were studied,taking the educational structure as the cut-in point,using the data of the oversea students from the countries along the 2010-2015 years,and studying the basic situation and structural characteristics of the educational structure of oversea students in China along the scale structure,hierarchy structure and scholarship structure.On the basis of this,the relationship between scale,structure,benefit and quality is considered in order to optimize the education structure of International students in China along the "The Belt and Road" initiative.In this paper,the research on the educational structure of oversea students in China along the "The Belt and Road" is carried out according to the following ideas:First of all,based on the literature review of the educational structure theory of oversea students in China,this paper analyzes the development of students ’ education in 65 countries from the view of scale structure,hierarchy structure and scholarship structure.Secondly,build the evaluation system of the educational structure of oversea students in China;GIS spatial distribution mapping was obtained by principal component analysis and clustering.The results show that: according to the reality,there are significant differences in the educational structure of oversea students in China along the “The Belt and Road”;from the trend of development,the educational structure of oversea students from those countries tends to be optimized;from the law of development,the scale of oversea students in China has expanded to promote the rationalization of educational structure.Based on this,this paper proposes the following countermeasures:strengthening the top-level design,make overall planning of the education for oversea students in China.A strategic supported platform should be set up to achieve the "The Belt and Road" strategic information resources sharing and the laws related to overseas education should be come up with to strengthen the legal system construction of “The Belt and Road”.we should give full play to the guiding role of scholarship,establish effective incentive mechanism,develop international educational aid,promote the regional influence of education in China and mutual recognition of academic degrees,speed up the pace of international talent training,break the geographical limit and promote the coordinated development of oversea students’ education in China along the line.In the background of "The Belt and Road" strategy,the research will provide decision-making departments reasonable grasp of regional imbalance and heterogeneity and establish suitable for the characteristics of different countries for oversea students to provide ideas of education development strategy.
