The popularization of internet and mobile devices makes the information resources more abundant and information access more convenient,the information encountering as a universal and efficient way of information acquisition is widely used by people.However,the information encountering only stays in the acquisition stage of information,and has not yet reached the deep learning of the encountered information.In view of this,this paper proposes the concept of information-encountered learning and discusses its influence factors.First of all,this paper reviews the related research on information encountering at home and abroad,points out three shortcomings of the existing research,on this basis puts forward the concept and characteristics of information-encountered learning,From the perspective of connectionism,new constructivism,structural hole theory and weak connection theory,demonstrated the rationality and necessity of the information-encountered learning,and discussed the similarities and differences between information-encountered learning and other network learning paradigm.Second,after combing the theoretical basis of influence factors of network learning,choicing the theory of planned behavior and unified theory of acceptance and use of technology as the theoretical foundations of the influence factors of information-encountered learning,combined with the essential characteristics of information-encountered learning,six research variables are selected: actual behavior,behavioral intention,behavioral attitude,self efficiency,social influence,facilitating conditions,and three adjustment variables: gender,professional,information adaptation degree,forming the structural equation model of influencing factors of information-encountered learning,and puts forward nine research hypothesis.Again,using the main root analysis of grounded analysis screen the observed factors that influencing information-encountered learning and corresponding to the latent variable,based on that preparation of questionnaire,SPSS16.0 was used to analyze the project identification,reliability and validity of prediction questionnaire to form a formal questionnaire.Using SPSS16.0 and AMOS21.0 to verify the model and hypothesis of influence factors of information-encountered learning,through normal distribution test and confirmatory factor analysis,the rationality of questionnaire design is explained;through model fitting and evaluation,the validity of the research model is verified;through path analysis and adjustment effect test,if the hypothesis is true is established.Then the model is modified to form the final model of the influence factors of information-encountered learning.Finally,according to the result of empirical analysis,it is concluded that the influence of each influencing factor of information-encountered learning behavioral intention,from big to small in the order: self efficiency(0.521),facilitating conditions(0.270),behavioral attitude(0.246),social influence(0.216),and the influence of information-encountered learning behavioral intention to information-encountered learning behavioral is as high as 78.5%,gender,professional,and information adaptation degree play a regulatory role in different path.Then,based on the above analysis and research,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure of promoting information-encountered learning,including: raising the awareness of information-encountered learning,improving the ability of self management,using the big data technology,increasing the experience of information encountering.
