In the information age,Educational Informationization is steering to the longitudinal development about strengthening the sharing of high-quality education information resources and improving the quality of education information resources. However,in now days, the low level and repetition of the construction about education information resources, ignore the user's requirements, the awkward situation like "variety of resources,low utilization rate of resources" appeared ,The contradiction between the blind construction of education information resources and customer satisfaction is aggravated.First of all,the profit-driven behavior influenced by "Education Industrialization" leads to builders ignore the user's demand, affects the user's enthusiasm seriously .Secondly, the differences of regional economic development aggravate the disparity of education information resources construction, this leads to the phenomenon that "the better will be better, and the poorer will be poorer". Thirdly, the teacher's experience can't meet the requirement of high-quality education resources construction, the quality of resources is different with each other, which will reduces the user's satisfaction to some extent.Finally,the imparity of information accomplishment between different learner individuals can cause different user satisfaction. The higher can obtain high-quality education information resources quickly,but the lower may get nothing even if they spend a lot of time and efforts.Therefore, exploring the key factors that affect education information resources' user satisfaction is particularly important.This paper takes the teachers as research objects,Inducting and sorting the related literature about customer satisfaction at home and abroad, contrasting and analyzing the classical customer satisfaction model,considering the traditional education information resources evaluation is difficult to obtain a number of indicators which is decided by the user's subjective experience,introducing the user-centered customer satisfaction measurement model,To establish the theoretical model which takes the user's expectations, awareness and perceived value as the antecedent variables, user's awareness, and takes the user's satisfaction and user's loyalty as outcome variables.Building user satisfaction evaluation index system of education information resources,collecting through the questionnaire survey method data and structural equation model is established for calculation of data fitting and path coefficient,Extracting the key factors that affect education information resources' user satisfaction,putting forward education information resources quality and user satisfaction promotion strategy accordingly.The study found that correlation, intuitive, reusability and personalized recommendation service are key factors that affecting education information resources'user satisfaction;User expectations do not impact perceived value directly, but it influences perceived value through the user perception indirectly, user expectations have bigger influence on the users perception,the largest factor influences user satisfaction is the user perception. Accordingly,the paper puts forward the promotion strategy of education information resource user satisfaction which contains improving the quality of the products and resources service quality realizing the personalized active push service resources,realizing resources recommended interaction between groups.
