A Study On Collaborative Development In College Students' Ideological And Political Education

With the continuous development of society,it has become a trend for the various education subjects in universities to make cooperation and win-win development in the education industry's development.In the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed the need to strengthen ideological and moral construction,raise the people's ideological consciousness,moral standards,and civilized qualities,and increase the level of civilization in the entire society.As a large and broad social group,college students have become one of the important parts to strengthen the ideological and political construction in our country.The ideological and political education they have accepted is more important which depends on the comprehensive ability of ideological and political education in universities to a large extent.Therefore,introducing the concept of collaborative development into the work of ideological and political education in universities,and establishing a more systematic and comprehensive collaborative education model has an important theoretical and practical significance to optimize the allocation of educational resources,reinforce the advantages of multi-educational subjects,form an overall synergy,make up for shortcomings and achieve the innovative development model of resource-integrated modern education ultimately.In general,there are three dimensions in collaborative development of college students' ideological and political education: What to do,what the difficulty is,and how to do.“What to do” is to analyze the research foundation supporting the collaborative development of college students' ideological and political education from a theoretical basis,analyze the applicability of these theories in college students' ideological and political education and build a theoretical framework from the following three perspectives: coordination theory,system theory,and force theory;“what the difficulty is” is to analyze the influencing factors of the collaborative development of college difficulties and bottlenecks faced by current college students' ideological and political education objectively,and provide objectives and basis for their collaborative development;“How to do it” is to provide some opinions and suggestions for the collaborative development of college students' ideological and political education from the perspective of methodology.It makes a comprehensive review from stimulating the cooperative development of college students' ideological and political education,establishing and improving the comprehensive development of the college's ideological and political education as well as bringing together the education system inside and outside of the school to optimize the collaborative development of ideological and political education among college students.This paper follows the principle of systematicness and integrity.On the one hand,from the micro perspective,it emphasizes the complementarity between various educating subjects in the school,the education object and the educating subject,and brings the college students' self-organization into play.On the other hand,from the macro perspective,we will strengthen the internal and external links between schools,focus on social and environmental factors influencing the ideological and political education of college students,and create a good social environment for ideological and political education to foster people.The work of ideological and political education for college students is a complicated systematic project and has extensive sociality.Use the concept of cooperative development to integrate the links between the various elements of the ideological and political education of college students,and finally develop a model for the development of resource-integrated modern education that is based on the university's cooperative education,supported by internal and external collaboration and education,which has an important reference significance of promoting Socialist culture for colleges and universities,adhering to the ideological position of college students,and strengthening the ideological and moral construction.
