In July 2015,the Central Propaganda Department and the Ministry of Education issued the "Innovation Plan for Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Colleges.It attaches great importance on ideological and political theory courses.It focuses on improving the effectiveness of class teaching.The model of collaborative teacher-student teaching is based on the instructions of the central government’s relevant documents and attempts.That’s purpose is to improve the students’ initiative and enthusiasm for learning ideological and political theory courses,so that the classroom of ideological and political theories becomes active,thereby improving learning efficiency and effectiveness.Collaboration theory is the theoretical guidance of the collaborative teaching model of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.It is the physicist H.Haken’s research on the principle of laser generation,which has been widely used in physics,chemistry and other disciplines.The theory of cooperation has universality,and the basic principle is applicable to the teaching of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities.It has a non-negligible role in constructing a collaborative teaching model for teachers and students.The introduction part explains the background and significance of the research,analyzes the research status at home and abroad,applies theoretical and empirical research ideas,adopts literature research methods and has innovations in academic thinking and academic viewpoints.The second chapter analyzes and expounds the basic concept of synergetic theory,the important principle of synergetic theory and the elements of the collaborative teaching model of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and the relationship between them.Chapter Ⅲ Necessity and Feasibility of Constructing Cooperative Teaching Mode of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Universities is based on Collaborative Theory.The Collaborative Teaching of Ideological and Political Theories in Colleges and Universities follow the Law of Ideological and Political Education and the Law of the Development of College Students’ Body and Mind.The cooperative teaching mode of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities is an open system.There are universal fluctuations,non-linear effects and self-organization principles.This is a feasible condition for cooperative teaching of teachers and students in ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.The fourth chapter studies and analyzes the basic principles and basic framework that should be followed in the construction of cooperative teaching mode of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.The construction of teacher-student collaborative teaching should follow the guiding principle of teachers,the principle of coordination,and the principle of self-organization.The teacher will guide the teacher-student collaborative teaching throughout the entire process.Pre-class teachers should create an open teaching environment,a tower-building education exchange platform and arouse students’ participation awareness.Collaborative teaching in class is mainly the goal of collaborative teaching,collaborative teaching content and collaborative teaching methods.Teachers should follow the goal of collaborative teaching,select appropriate collaborative teaching methods,and grasp the content of collaborative teaching.After class,teachers participate in collaborative feedback.The evaluation system is mainly quantified and non-quantifiable.In these two evaluation systems,teachers must actively guide students to evaluate themselves properly.For the normal operation of the teacher-student collaborative teaching model,the protection of the system,the teaching staff,and the funds is needed.
