Research On The Collaborative Development Of College Students' Ideological And Political Work

As an indispensable theory in system science,collaborative theory has had an important influence on the field of natural science and social science after the establishment of the famous physicist haken.In the construction of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,general secretary xi jinping has repeatedly stressed the application of the concept of "coordination" in the ideological and political work of college students.The research methods contained in the theory of synergistic theory can be used for reference for college students’ ideological and political work in the new era.The main body of the thesis is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.First shows the purpose and significance of this study,the second for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the development of collaborative research status at home and abroad was summarized,and narrates the research ideas and methods of this article,research and innovation points and deficiencies.The second part is an overview of the collaborative development of college students’ideological and political work.To understand the basic content of the collaborative theory and to comb the main methods for reference.At the same time,it makes a systematic analysis of the collaborative development of ideological and political work of college students,and analyzes the necessity of seeking cooperative development of university students’ ideological and political work system.The third part is the current situation,shortage and cause analysis of the collaborative nature of college students’ ideological and political work.Starts with the current situation of collaborative,analysis found that college students’ ideological and political work in colleges and universities collaborative problem increasingly get attention,some universities set up the cooperative development of leading institutions,colleges and universities ideological and political work coordination mechanism is gradually formed.However,there are still many deficiencies in the cooperative development of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.Second,ideological and political work management lacks unity;Third,the education process of ideological and political work lacks comprehensibility;Fourth,the lack of complementarity between ideological and political work and education environment.On the one hand,it is due to the lack of awareness of the importance of some ideological and political education subjects on the development of collaborative development,and the lack of stability and professionalism of ideological and political work teams.On the other hand,the cooperative development platform which can be utilized by ideological and political work is insufficient,while the mechanism of supervision and evaluation of collaborative development is not perfect.The fourth part is the measures to strengthen the cooperation of college students’ideological and political work.Aiming at the above problems and reasons,to make ideological and political work to implement collaborative development,this paper put forward on the basis of adhering to the principle of directional,systematic and open on,should strengthen the party committees of colleges and universities and the ideological work of synergy,the synergistic effect of political education worker awareness;Strengthen the cooperative construction of teachers and special forces to improve the professional quality of the team;Strengthen the synergistic effect of the communist youth league and student community,and improve the synergistic effect of the first class and the second classroom;We should strengthen the cooperative management of classroom teaching and various ideological and cultural positions,and improve the cooperative mechanism.The fifth part is the conclusion,which summarizes the research status of this paper.
