The subjective factors are: lack ofenough attention; insufficient capital investment; lack of reserve talent; limited talent sources; lessopportunity to play; prominent contradictions.Suggestions: Further strengthen the high level basketball team leadership and management. Resort tosystem innovation. The college should increase capital investment to the high level basketball team andexpand financing channels. Perfect the reserve personnel training system and set up a reserve team.Strengthen the training base construction.
