Today, with the production of decentralization and trade liberalization, various countries and regions have formed a global production network through the trade in intermediate products. The interrelated role of the economy has led to closer links between countries.Employment in one country is not only affected by the internal economic development of the country.More affected by the economic development of other countries. That is,the employment level of a country may benefit to a large extent from the spatial spillover effects between countries(regions). In the context of economic globalization, the analysis of a country's employment changes must take into account the impact of the spatial association of countries in the world. This paper compares and analyzes the status quo of employment development in various countries, based on the world input-output table provided by WIOD,and constructs a multi-regional input-output model to analyze the employment effect and its changing characteristics of economic linkages between countries from the perspective of global economic spatial correlation.Including the multiplier effect of a country's employment, the spillover effects and feedback effects of employment among countries, and then further decomposing the spillover effect to define the degree of foreign dependency of a country's employment, examining the country's source of employment spillover effects between countries and its changing trend.Relevant evidence not only focuses on the aggregate level, but also analyzes the skills structure and departmental level of the labor force. The study found that economic globalization has increased the relevance of employment in countries around the world, and the spillover and feedback effects of employment in a country have become a source of power that a country's employment growth cannot ignore. In integrating into the international division of labor system,China's feelings about the influence of the external world are increasing. The dependence on China's employment for the United States is increasing and its dependence on Japan is decreasing. The spillover effect of employment in the United States has a strong geopolitical characteristic, that is,the production of final products in its neighboring countries Mexico and Canada has the greatest impact on its employment.Regardless of whether it is absolute or relative, economic exchanges with China have not reduced employment in the United States, especially employment in medium-skilled jobs and manufacturing employment, but have increased employment in the United States. It is obviously unrealistic for Trump and other critics who claim that “Made in China” for political purposes preempted the employment opportunities in t he United States. The protection measures adopted thereby harmed the common interests of the tw o sides, and eventually they could only lift a rock to drop on their own feet.
