The development of rural education,teacher is the key.The professional pressure of rural primary school teachers in poor counties refers to the physiological,psychological and social changes or reactions of rural primary school teachers in poor counties when they think that the objective requirements put forward by the education and teaching work exceed their own coping ability.In order to understand the poverty county rural primary school teachers' occupational stress status,source,reason,formulate targeted,operational mitigation measures,using the method of literature,questionnaire survey and interview method of Henan province H poverty county nearly 90 township,village primary school 314 rural primary school teachers occupational stress survey,found that:First,the poverty-stricken county rural primary school teachers generally exist occupational stress,and in the " occupational stress"and " there is a lot of occupational stress" between.Second,the pressure of rural primary school teachers in poverty-stricken counties mainly comes from curriculum reform,student management,daily work,self-development and administrative management.Third,the pressure of rural primary school teachers in poor counties from heavy to light is:self-development,student management,administrative management,curriculum reform,the pressure of daily work.Fourth,there are significant differences in curriculum reform,self-development,student management and administrative management of rural primary school teachers from different backgrounds.Specifically,female teachers,teachers who teach and head teachers,teachers who serve as subject leaders,teachers who serve as directors,teachers who serve as principals,teachers with primary school-level titles,teachers aged between 36 and 49,and teachers aged between 16 and 25 years experience the greatest occupational stress;Teachers with senior professional titles in primary schools and teachers with teaching ages between 26 and 35 years have the greatest professional pressure.Teachers between the ages of 20 and 29 have the least professional stress.Fifthly,occupational stress has had adverse effects on the physiology,psychology and behavior of rural primary school teachers in poor counties.There are three reasons for the pressure of rural primary school teachers in poor counties:teachers themselves,society and schools.Preventing and alleviating the occupational stress of rural primary school teachers in poor counties requires the joint efforts of teachers themselves,society and schools.Teachers,their own rational treatment of occupational stress and " porridge little monk more" promotion status quo;Take the initiative to improve their own quality to deal with the professional pressure brought by the information age;Effective time management to cope with the professional stress of trivial daily work.On the social side,purify the inappropriate rural culture to cope with the professional pressure brought by the disharmonious relationship between parents and teachers;Teachers and students work hand in hand to create a safe campus to deal with the security risks caused by the current situation of rural occupation pressure;Work with parents to cope with the professional pressure of quality education and exam-oriented education.School,to further improve the on-the-job training to deal with unreasonable on-the-job training situation brought about by the occupation pressure;Constructing practice community to deal with the professional pressure brought by quality education;To further improve the promotion system to deal with the occupation pressure caused by unreasonable promotion system.
