The purpose of this study is to understand the present situation and the characteristics of occupational stress,coping style and job satisfaction of primary school teachers in national-level poor country,and explore the relationship among the occupational stress,coping style and job satisfaction,so as to provide reference for primary school teachers' job.Questionnaire survey is used in this study,the subjects are 265 teachers from 12 primary schools.The results are shown as follows:<1> The average score of Lincheng primary teachers' occupational stress is in the mid to upper level,the main pressure sources are students' academic problems and problem behaviors of students,the average score of job satisfaction is in the mid to upper level.The lowest scores are work strength and wage income.<2> Different genders,marital statuses,different units,different titles,different income of primary school teachers' occupational stress,coping style and job satisfaction exist significant differences.<3> There is a significant correlation among occupational stress,coping style and job satisfaction.The negative response plays a part in the mediation between job stress and job satisfaction.
