With the rapid development of social economy,our country gradually from traditional society to modern society,from agricultural society to industrial society,from closed society to open society,the scale of social mobility is becoming larger and larger,and the floating population is increasing.At present,the family flow has become a normal state of the population flow in China.As a group that follows family and passive migration,the scale of migrant children is increasing and the number is increasing.It has gradually become a new vulnerable group in urban society.Under the guidance of the theory of social work,this paper,based on the case of the migrant children in the L community of the Shenzhen city in the author's internship period,discusses the problems of the case work involved in the family integration of the migrant children from the perspective of social work.In this paper,two methods of interview and observation are used to collect the relevant information of the case client.Under the guidance of the two theories of Rational-emotive therapy and Behavior modification model the work plan is made with the client.After the implementation of the plan,it changed the irrational belief of the existence of the client,and the client gradually changed its inappropriate behavior.The mother and brother of the client improved the attitude to the client,and the client began to gradually integrate into the family.In the case of case study,the author rethinks the application of theory,the application of case work method,the method of data collection,the practical skills and professional ethics of the case,and puts forward some suggestions from the angle of social work,the first is to help the migrant children adapt to the urban life;the second is to guide the migrant children to form a good way of communication;the third is to help the family of migrant children to improve the level of family education;and the fourth is to build a harmonious community to support the migrant children.
