With the rapid development and popularity of communication technology,Internet has been an important part of middle school students' life.It has been extended to every part of their lives.A new form of bullying—cyberbullying has been gaining.Cyberbullying is any behavior performed through electronic or digital media by individuals or groups that repeatedly communicates hostile or aggressive messages intended to inflict harm or discomfort on others.It brings side effects on cyberbullying victims,such as study,physical health,mental health,adaption of social function and behavioral problems,etc.A lot of research has been testified that cyberbullying victims will easily gain negative emotions,such as depression,sadness,anger,frustration,inferiority,oppression,fear,anxiety,loneliness,conf usion,guilt and so on.The negative emotions prevent the development of mental health of middle school students.Although there are lots of theoretical research about cyberbullying,few researches on the emotion of cyberbullying victims from the angel of intervention.Based on this,the study intends to investigate the form of cyberbullying of junior high school students and the resulting dimension and degree of emotion.Moreover,we must make emotional management group counselling intervention on the negative emotions of cyberbullying victims of Middle School students.Specifically,this research mainly includes two parts: Study 1 :the investigation of cyberbullying victims of junior high school.The author used the questionnaire to investigate a total number of 540 students from three grades in a middle school school in Nanchang.It includes frequency of cyberbullying,form of expression,gender differences,grade differences and through the conversations with individuals for further verification.Study 2 is to set up a rational-emotive therapy combined with music therapy on the Negative Emotion of Cyberbullying Victims.In this study,36 subjects of medium rated negative emotion were randomly divided into three groups :rational-emotive therapy group,music therapy group and control group.The two experimental groups and control group were used to test before and after.The author mainly used experimental method,literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,statistical method.Using independent samples T test,paired samples T test and non-parametric test were used for statistical analysis of data,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)There are no significant gender differences in being cyberbullied,but significant gender differences in the form of being cyberbullied;the total points of being cyberbullied varied from grades.The points of Grade 8 were obviously higher thanthose of Grade 9 and Grade 7.(2)Being cyberbullied and negative emotions of junior high school students were positively correlated.(3)The three groups in the previous test of the negative emotions differences are not significant,but compared with control group,rational-emotive therapy group and music therapy group have reached the level of significant differences.Besides,the effect of music therapy group is better than rational-emotive therapy group.The control group in the before and after tests had no obvious changes in negative emotions.(4)The follow-up investigation of the two experimental groups found that their negative emotions were lower than the previous measurement,which means the effect of group psychological counselling can last for a period of time.
