Now,the Chinese people gradually turned to the issue of population aging,China's aging population,whether from the number or speed to reach a new height,followed by the increasing burden of old-age,pension gap is growing.The government and academia have begun to work out a policy of delaying retirement to solve China's pension problems,but many worry that the delay in the implementation of the retirement policy will directly affect the employment of youth and middle-aged groups,crowding out jobs that should belong to them.Starting from the urgency of delaying the retirement policy,this paper this paper analyzes the good health condition of residents since the reform and opening up to support the implementation of delaying retirement,and then analyzes the negative effects of delayed retirement on employment,in order to have a better understanding and judgement on the implementation of China's delayed retirement policy and the impact on employment.This paper first combs the literature research on the effect of delayed retirement on employment in domestic and foreign papers,and summarizes the achievements and deficiencies in the existing papers.Then,based on the theories,the paper analyzes the necessity and policy of delaying the implementation of retirement policy.On this basis,this paper chooses the CHNS database to establish the Oprobit model,analyzes the residents' physical health status and the main factors that affect the health level since the reform and opening-up,and measures its marginal effect.Then through the Xtlogit regression analysis of the main factors affecting employment,focusing on the analysis of the delay in the retirement policy with the increase in the number of elderly workers will have a negative impact on employment.The results of the study found that the level of health care and the age of education will play a positive role in the improvement of the healthy condition,and the residents in the eastern region tend to have a better state of health,compared with the female residents,the physical fitness is better.In addition,the age of workers has little impact on employment and can be neglected.Next,analyzed the education age,the health condition and the employment positively related relations,the Eastern Region laborer because of the geographical position and the resources and so on superiority is more easy to obtain the employment,the female laborer is more willing to obtain employment.Then,according to different regions,different genders and different age of education,the sample data were divided into different groups to study the influence of the change of employment factors on the changes in each group.Based on the above research,in order to improve the employment level of our youth and middle-aged group,and the relationship between retirement and employment,we put forward the following policy suggestions:First,workers should constantly improve their level of business,exercise their bodies,to prepare for delaying retirement.Secondly,when the Government specifically implements the deferred retirement scheme,it should take full account of the heterogeneity between different genders,different regions and different levels of education,and develop flexible employment schemes in the sectors,gender and subregion.Third,in order to deal with the social pension problems that may arise after the implementation of the delayed retirement policy,the state should balance the contradictions between the parties,safeguard the interests of all parties,and formulate reasonable old-age security measures to relieve the worries of delaying retirement.Lastly,the Government should think about how to realize the sustained and steady growth of GDP,how to realize the continuous improvement of the living standard of the residents,and the increasing purchasing power of the residents is the motive force of expanding reproduction and the key to enlarge employment.
