Objectives:In our country,football coaches usually use running without ball for endurance training which is boring and fails to fit what football players need in the match.In the specific football endurance training,volume control is the key point.By making modifications to the same type of exercises,we aimed to investigate the influence of different conditions on training volume.The influence of specific football endurance training is also the objective.Methods:The research involved with 19 players aging 16.The participants took specific endurance training twice a week over 8 weeks.Internal load and external load analysis were conducted by means of TRIMP and Time-motion.Try to know how the volume changes between exercises,and the influence of the 8 week training on specific football endurance.Independent T test and paired T test were conducted by SPSS 22.0.Results:The comparisons on the number of players between randos through Independent T test showed significant differences in the time of heart rate zone 1,zone 3,zone 5 and the distance of speed zone 4(P<0.05),very significant differences in the time of heart rate zone 4,TRIMP,the distances of speed zone 1,zone 2,zone 3 and total distance(P<0.01).The comparisons on the rule of change space between randos through Independent T test showed significant differences in the time of heart rate zone 1,zone 2,the distances of speed zone 2 and zone 4(P<0.05),very significant differences in the time of heart rate zone 1,zone 3,zone 4,the distances of speed zone 1,zone 3 and total distance.The comparisons between test 3 and test 5 through paired T test showed significant differences in TRIMP,the distances of speed zone 2 and zone 4(P<0.05),very significant differences in the time of heart rate zone 2,the distance of speed zone 2 and total distance.The comparisons between test 4 and test 5 through paired T test showed significant differences in the time of heart rate zone 2 and TRIMP(P<0.05).The comparisons between test 5 and test 6 through paired T test showed significant differences in the time of heart rate zone 1,zone 2,zone 5,distances of speed zone 1 and zone 5,very significant differences in TRMP.The comparisons between test 7 and test 8 through paired T test showed significant differences in the distances of speed zone 2,zone 3,zone 5 and total distance(P<0.05).Paired T tests identified significant improvement in YO-YO Intermittent Recovery Test Level I(P<0.01)and YO-YO Intermittent Recovery Test Level II(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)In rando practice within a constant area,fewer people can increase training volume,and adding the rules of switching is a good method of maintaining a low to medium heart rate.(2)In small sided game,expanding space increases the intensity,decrease the load,cancel the rule of offside decreases the intensity.(3)In possession exercises,expanding space significantly increases the intensity and load.(4)Specific endurance of soccer players was significantly improved over the 8-week endurance training with 70%-90%intensity and 75%-90%load per session..
