With the pace of reform and opening up policy, the urbanization and industrialization in China develops very fast. In order to adapt to the economic and social transformation, a lot of rural labor force transfer to cities and towns, so there is a group of people that’s so called migrant workers. Because of China’s urban and rural division of the dual social structure system,and the household registration system,the migrant workers cannot be moved homely.They like migratory birds shuttle in between the city and their hometown, left his wife, his children, and parents stay at hometown.The remaining women suffer both great mental press and labor pressure.The remaining women be the main force of housework and agricultural production,they are "subjectivation" because their husband are absence,The absence situation of husband not only affects their daily family life,but also changing their social communication network,When their husband in home,the husband is the center of their social interaction networks,and now themselves are center of their social interaction networks.The social interaction situation is the important social support network to the remaining women,not only affect their daily life,but also is an important source that they get spirit entertainment and psychological support.In the means of case interviews and participatory observation, the research gave an objective description on the interpersonal relationship of left-behiand women in T village, Heze City, Shandong Province. The research is to explore the impact of the husband absence to the interpersonal network of left-behind women, and to analyze the factors that affect their social interaction, especially age, education level, different economic condition, then draw the key variables that have an impact on their interpersonal situation and conclude the kind of interpersonal relationship that have adverse impact on the life and spiritual situation of left behiand women. From the persepective of women social work, the essay explores the method to improve the interpersonal relationship that have adverse impact. The essay makes use of social work techniques and methods to help left behiand women improve their interpersonal situation, build new social support network, and improve the quality of life.
