Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze the related factors that affect the displacement velocity through the plyometrics training of two different modes of vertical and horizontal directions in order to explore the training effect of the two methods,to provide effective training to improve the speed and quality of the exercisers.Methods: Eleven people in vertical and horizontal plyometrics training group(VP group)and 11 persons in horizontal plyometrics training group(HP group)were trained for 8 weeks.Before and after training,the body shape(body composition),speed and quality components(reflecting the maximum muscle strength index,reflecting the maximum muscle power index),the longitudinal development(initial velocity,acceleration,maximum velocity,Speed endurance)and 37 m displacement and the factors affecting speed quality in each segment(land time,emptying time,stride index,pitch index and displacement velocity,etc.)were tested at four levels,using repeated measures ANOVA data Statistical analysis to compare the differences between the two groups,P <0.05 means the data were significantly different.Result:1,After training,there was no significant change in body fat percentage and skeletal muscle content in both groups(P <0.05).2,After training intervention,the squat and vertical jump height of 1RM,height of take-off and stand-up long jump both increased significantly(P <0.05).3,The initial velocity of VP group increased from(5.20 ± 0.41)m / s to(5.45 ± 0.26)m / s after training intervention(P <0.05),and the acceleration and maximum velocity of VP group increased(P <0.05)(P> 0.05).There was no significant change in the initial velocity,acceleration and velocity endurance in HP group(P> 0.05),but the speed endurance decreased from 0.09 ± 0.01 to 0.07 ± 0.01(P <0.05).4,The initial velocity of VP group was significantly higher than that of HP group after training intervention.(P <0.05),the time of emptying significantly increased(P <0.05),the amplitude of 0-37 m and pace index increased significantly(P <0.05),the average speed increased significantly(P <0.05).HP group 0-37 m average speed was significantly increased(P <0.05),other values no significant change.Conclusion: 1,vertical and horizontal plyometrics training can improve the body's skeletal muscle content.2,the vertical and horizontal rapid plyometrics training can increase the maximum muscle strength and maximum muscle power.3,the vertical plyometrics training can improve the initial speed,acceleration,maximum speed,horizontal plyometrics training can improve speed and endurance.4,the vertical plyometrics training can reduce the time to land,increase the pace,increase the initial speed.
