Since1984, China’s return to the Olympic Games, China’s competitive sports hasbeen a rapid development, especially the2008Beijing Olympic Games, our athletesachieved a remarkable record. However, track and field Olympic Games large overthe years the track and field events in the international arena in a rare leading men’ssprint, especially backward. Our Track and Field Men’s200meters sprint project inrecent years not making adequate progress, has been maintained for14years is stillno breakthrough. The competitive level of the men’s200meters needs to be improved. In this paper, the domestic excellent men’s200meters, track and field athletes LuShangbin. Three-dimensional biomechanical in the2009National High SchoolGames200meters results21.49s in April2010, Suzhou Grand Prix200meters results20.98s, in June2010National Track and Field Championships200meters results20.74s straight on the way to run sports technology image resolution, the kinematicparameters were compared: three game Lu shangbin step length, stride frequency andstep index (step capability), stride frequency index (step frequency capability); August2010National200meters of track and field championship results20.74s step indexand stride frequency index and Japan,2011the men’s200meters before the eight bestresult of the step index and stride frequency index statistics; Compare200m results21.49s straight on the way and the200m results20.74s to the body angles of the rightfront suport phase, the right medium suport phase and the rear suport phase;200mresults21.49s20.74s when the200m results The straight way running in limbmovement trajectory for comparison. Comparative analysis of the kinematicparameters of the results to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the Lu Shangbinthe reference data and make reasonable suggestions for training and competition. Onthe application of the data obtained spss11.0software for statistical analysis. The results of this study show that:1.200m. Lu Shangbin results from21.49s to200m results20.74s step length and stride frequency synchronization to improve, step length improvement.2. step frequency index, there is still much room for growth, improvement of future results should be based on the improvement of the stepfrequency-based. Comparative analysis of Japanese athletes in the average step size, the average stride frequency, step index and stride frequency index side, after anindependent sample test statistics showed p>0.05, no significant differences.3. Wayrunning limb elbow, shoulder range of motion to increase the trajectory of handmovements lengthened by a similar pendulum-shaped trajectory into a similar oval track, and run the middle and upper limb arm action on the way gradually into theaction of the tumbler strap joints in the sagittal plane around the coronal axissubstantially rotation, so that the lower extremity of the supporting leg and swing legangle increase, the step size to improve.
