The 19th part made it clear that "the fundamental task of implementing Rucker tree people,the development of quality education,promote education fairness,cultivating socialist builders and successors”all-round development,once again stressed the importance of the basic education curriculum reform to develop students' core literacy problem.In December 2017,the Ministry of Education issued the latest standard of the general high school chemistry curriculum.The first time given the definition,content and level of the core literacy of chemistry.Teaching is an important way of curriculum implementation.The orientation of instructional design should always be consistent with the basic education curriculum reform idea,pointing to the improvement of every student's learning ability and the cultivation of personality.So how should we read and realize the training of "learning ability" and "personality" in the new era of chemistry teaching?And how to carry out teaching design to serve the development of core literacy?This is a question that we should discuss in depth.The previous study on the field of instructional design,reflects the value orientation of the teaching process,based on the learning theories of various teaching modes,and "knowledge-based" or "student-centered"teaching mode has achieved valuable results,provides a rich theoretical basis and the study of reference for future research.However,no matter which one single dimension is oriented,it can not adapt to the education idea of cultivating "people with comprehensive development".Based on core literacy,there are few studies on the relationship between teaching design practice research and instructional design.Guided by systematic instructional design theory,instructional design system theory,core literacy theory,and instructional design formative assessment theory,this study is well aware of the elements,essence and development of core literacy of high school chemistry in China.Evolution of exploration at home and abroad,construction design of chemistry teaching model based on core competence;based on the core elements of literacy teaching design model,the consistency of interpretation of the case;characterization of the construction of the model and case study of formative assessment in the teaching design,verification of core competence the fusion model is scientific and rational,practical and effective based on;and thinking about how to practice the design of chemistry teaching strategy of students' core chemical literacy training.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the evolution of the orientation of teaching design is the representation of the development of teaching thought and theory;(2)the development of teaching design in our country should follow the development of core literacy(3)teaching design based on core literacy can effectively help the development of students' core literacy? Teaching design based on core literacy can effectively improve students' ability to study chemistry? Teaching design based on core literacy can effectively cultivate students' emotion in Chemistry Learning? Teaching design based on core literacy can effectively improve students' academic achievement in Chemistry? The teaching design based on the core literacy can effectively help the students to form the concept and thought of the subjectOn the basis of the above conclusions,a point of view of teaching design strategy based on core competence,to provide reference for the instructional design of chemistry based on core competence,and provide new ideas for the design of teaching oriented teaching design way beyond fusion,closed and rigid,single,meet the needs of cultivating students'core literacy.
